I'm getting daily calls from 954-745-3011.  I am on the Do Not Call registry.  I never answer as I have caller I.D., but I am tired of these nuisance calls.

I never answer a call I don't know thanks to caller ID. So up your nose with a rubber hose 954-745-3011. Don't waste my time.

and will be blocked from here on,    

Sounded like other posts that said it's a "pro-life" call except that they asked for the name of the past owner of my phone number, which means it's working off very old info- I smell a scam. Please report to "donotcall.gov" if you are registered.

Just so everyone knows, when you give your phone number on your voter registration, it becomes public knowledge and your information along with your phone number is available; if you use 000-000-0000 as your phone number, these phones calls  should not happen.

A new wrinkle to the Telephone Terrorists methods.  Was in a surly mood and planned to be rude and crude so answered phone.  Was met with a recording thanking ME for calling, "but all our operators are busy, please hold on and your call will be answered in order of receiving."  Not only a robo call but now they try to make us think we called them, wow.
Some have suggested a non-profit org....think about it, a REAL outfit would use their name and likely NOT go with robo calls.  Out and out scam as far as I'm concerned.

I also just received a call from this number and had a recording of a male voice thanking me for calling and asked me to hold. Then the young woman came on the phone and started telling me about Prolife. I told her I did not appreciate being called. She kept right on talking over me and then she hung up. I did not call the number back because, as some of the others here have noted, it was a bogus number. There has to be some way to track this young woman down and stop her. I did file a complaint with donotcall.gov but I don't expect too much from that.

A lady asked if I was pro life or pro choice, I said pro choice and she said thank you for my time and hang up.

I got the same call.  I don't feel it's anyone's business if you are PRO-Life or PRO-Choice.

Finally picked up after about the 10th annoying call.  She asked for my husband.  When I said, "He's not here, may I take a message," she said, "Can I speak to staff?"  "Staff?"  "May I speak to staff?" "This is BS, get lost!" and I hung up.

Received a call from this number.  A young woman asked to speak with me by name.  I told her "this is her" - and then the lady was gone. I could hear noise in the background but we were never actually disconnected until I hung up after 45 seconds in.  

I am SO SICK of these people!   If I wNTED TO CONTRIBUTE, I WOULD!  Please stop harassing us!

Received call from another ignorant Florida telemaggot / fundraiser / political call / charity. Ignored my requests for disclosure of organization calling and ignored requests to be put on their DNC list. Answered, asked for me by name asked who was calling she said Shelly from the pro-life campaign I asked what marketing fundraising group she was with she gave I’m Shelly from pro-life campaign so I asked again and she started off on her ignorant predatory and invasive script. I kept asking what company she worked for she ignored all requests for disclosure so I started on my hateful antagonistic rant and called her every filthy name I could think of. Finally she stopped I asked what company she was with and requested to be put on their DNC list, her response was thank you we will call again later and hung up. Another slimy reptilian organization preying on the elderly and uninformed. This phone number keeps calling with no one there if you pick up.  The last was 09/04.  

Please stop this kind of calls...!!!!

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list. The Fed. DNC does not cover some survey's, Political or Charities., they are exempt.

Keep in mind that if they do not place you on their internal DNC list, they can still get into trouble. As a rule, survey's are exempt from the DNC though. Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Giving a false phone number is not recommended if your voter registration form includes a legal affidavit that you must sign (and almost all states do) under penalty of perjury that swears that all information is true and correct. Just sayin'.

These people calling are hanging up before you can ask them to be placed in their do not call list. Basically, if they hang up before you ask to be placed on their do not call list,  they can legally say they did not hear you ask for that request & get away with it by law. Clever, but pathetic I must say. I will be getting in touch with the nation do not call registration as I know this is just a public forum.

This number called yesterday @12:37 PM, my lunch time. They hung up when my machine answered the call.
