I received a call from Health Plans 954-773-2800.  It was for very affordable dental insurance. The man only asked who would be covered I told him just myself & my husband. He wasn't rude or overly polite but he did sound like he wanted to get this call over with in a hurry.  He explained how the plan works, who pays what, gave me the names of 4 dentist's who accept the plan where I live and he gave me a number and extension where he could be reached.  He wanted an answer right away asked if he could call back in the evening but I said I would have to talk this over with my husband.  He said it was "open enrollment" that's why it is so affordable.  The cost for the two of us was going to be $35.35 per month plus a one time $10.00 enrollment fee.  That $35.00 covered both of us.  I think I will call the dentists he gave me and see if they are indeed associated with this company.  It does sound fishy.  This plan was offering 100% coverage for twice a year cleanings, oral x rays sealants & fluoride treatments.  The next was "basic" which they would pay up to 53% for fillings, extractions, novacane, & full mouth x ray 's, the next was "major" which they would pay up to 64% for  oral something, I can't remember, maybe oral surgery,  periodontal treatment, root canals, bridges, crowns & dentures.  That was the whole conversation but the funny thing is, I never filled out any application recently for any kind of insurance so I have no idea how he got my number.  If I had a root canal done which I think are around $600.00 according to him I would be paying $216.00.  That doesn't seem right.  What insu company pays over 60% for anything?  None, they're out to make all the money they can.  I just don't buy it.

I can see why alot of people are mad but these complaints are what anay company on the health market have a service that they provide! What needs to be done is look at the source of the problem which is that oour nations health ins could use some improvement to say the least.One thing is that bad news spreads quicker then good what u wont see is the hundreds of people that this company has protected from financial ruin, people who have legitate issues that need assistance so for the more positive at heart individuals that read this dont let other peoples inconvient experenses get in the way of a genuine persons getting a chance to work with you! Its companies like that one that helps you the most!

Stop the bullcrap dude! No legitimate company that sells anything, especially insurance will call and call using many different(probably spoofed) numbers and leave recorded voicemails saying they are health enrollment plan or dental enrollment plan and they recieved an application you have never ever filled out. Also had same voice and same name for the two different plans on voicemails. You are a liar. I report these and I the. Block the numbers. If the govt doesn't stop you/them, then I wish someone would get revenge against you somehow. Waste of my time just like dnc registry but I still try.

This number called me stating they were calling about the request I had filled out online except I have never filled out a form online for insurance.  I don't know where theyare getting my number but it has to stop and the DNC registry has not been any help.  I have called them in the past with numerous numbers and what these companies do is change their numbers and it keeps going and going.  I would never give this find of info online.

these people told me my money would be refunded if i didn't like the plan, now I find out $ 25.00 is not refundable. I am calling Lifelock, perhaps they might help!

I nor my husband applied for this stupid "insure". They had almost all our personal info. Promised to pay 50% of all bills--not true! My dentist WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS INSURANCE, no matter what the "Otis" person promised. I kept telling him that I wasn't able to hear him-- but he continued with his sales pitch! When the next person came on the line I was told not to ask any questions, I tried but was cut off. I called Lifelock and it looks like they will help, but a scam is a scam! No matter what I have lost $25. dollars. They must really making money off the general public, and OUR GREAT government is doing WHAT? Watch dogs, where are they? Playing golf?

They got us also! They said my husband had applied for the insurance. I said he doesn't usually take care of any business unless we discuss what we need, and then I follow through. He is hard of hearing so it has been my job for years! A fellow named "Otis" spoke with me. He was real rude--to say the very least! The part that I can't get hold of is how he had our dates of births, address, e-mail, and also knew we had a dental insurance plan through another company. I asked for him to mail the plan to us before we signed up but he said he wasn't allowed to do that. He said the plan payed 50% of all dental work, boy that was a good deal! As he was setting up our plan I asked if our dentist would take this plan, and he said yes, and if he wouldn't accept the plan they would sign him up Otis said all dentists take this plan! I also told him part of the time I couldn't understand what he was saying, didn't bother him but I kept telling him I need to have that repeated, boy did he ever get nasty then! I started to call my Visa company on my cell phone so that the charge couldn't go through. Well they looked for PNP insure.com insurance and that would not go through--surprise! They had used NCE Denta Choice Savings-already cleared while we were still talking. I was angry, and let him know.Then things got worse a snotty female came on the phone, I told her I wanted my money back, and she said $25.00 was not refundable, and the $39.95 couldn't be refunded until after October 1st. I let them know how angry I was, and I would turn it in as a scam! They got even mouthier. they had my card number but I had cancelled it while they were having a conversation about a refund! WRONG! They gave my card number to another person in another country without me knowing it! The next morning my bank called me and asked if I had charged almost $5000.00 on 2 nights at a fancy hotel! I told them no but that was why I had the card cancelled because I was afraid of a scam. These creeps used the 954-773-2800 phone number. So I'm waiting for fraud papers, people start standing up against these unbelievable cheats.

I also received this  scammed crap. They claimed201 I filed a insurance with them and that it was recorded on January 31, 2014. THey had a different card number and claimed I went through the whole paper work. When I tried to call them back they hung up on me three times. I told them to delete my information and threatened me with lawsuits.  I asked to speak with a supervisor and the call ended. This company gets paid for the applications complete. It was lucky for me and my family because when they tried to run my card they had the wrong numbers on my debit card. The man was rude and I am reporting them everywhere I possibly can so other people don't get screwed.

I have a very similar case today. Someone from this Insurance Innovation called me . He said , he has a good deal on helath insurance. Then he transfered me to a customer service representative and she told me she a great deal. But I need to pay $ 459.00 for me and me family. I asked her several questions about who was the Insurance carrier and she tolme, thta the company woks with some kind of multiplan insurances. That was a RED FLAG for me. Then, I said, okay send me all ;the information via email to confirm all the information giving by you. She refused , saying that they were just working on the sale department and they were not allowed to give a written information. This was another RED FLAG>
In conclusion DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY O ANYBODY ELSE WHO REFUSES TO GIVE YOU THE DETAILS IN WRITING.
