Received a sms that stated "watch your back, we are coming for you" from a 954 area code. I believe it's a spam number but am not sure

If you receive an sms from this number its probably someone you know. This number is from an app that allows ppl to text from a private number. Sort of like calling someone from *67. It masks their real number with a fake number such as this one above. My boyfriend used this app to pull a prank on me. The messages he sent thru this app showed up as 9548000878 on my phone.

what is the name of the app he used that has this number?

I am receiving anonymous threatening messages that seem personal

I have received text messages from 954-800-0878 stating I am sleeping with their man and the joke is on me because he is HIV positive and has genital warts. This person also gave me person information about myself! I called the police and they told me its a possible telemarketer scam, this number has been involved in several prank calls and when you call it, it says its disconnected or no longer in service. I am pursuing this number with the police and will update any further information.

This number texted me something crazie saying i am stalking their boyfriend & put my# on craigslist & i had strange men calling my phone... iReally think these are people that use this app hiding their real #s to violate others ...Petty & Childish

The same number texted my boyfriend BS!!!! I don't know how he knew my name or my bf's number. It's crazy because I never have anyone his number plus I keep my relationship private!

I've been getting messages on and off for several months. They keep asking for dirty pictures and saying very sexual things.
They also seem to know a lot of personal information.

This number prank texting and calling.

I'm pretty sure who this is, but the funny thing is that I only know her assumed name.

This person gets her information from Facebook, so if she seems to know a lot about you, she probably started with Facebook. But she also seems to have a lot resources at her disposal. I have spoken with her several times by phone, and have about 100 pages of texting with her. She may work in a law firm or some entity that has close contact with municipal and State governments. She's smart, she has a cat, has had a bad time with at least one man, works long, tough hours including weekends and nights, and that's all I know. She has helped me tremendously, and I like her very much. Having said all of that, I don't think one person uses this number, but anyone who wants to call or text anonymously. The one I know is nice, cares about justice and the well being of others, and seems to actually care about me. She does have a lot of information, though, and does not hesitate to phone people or businesses to accomplish things.
