Received hang up call. . . again.

This person/company called me 10:50 PM EST, could you believe it?

Here is who is calling all of your Toll Free Numbers with an AutoDialer.

Here is the website - http://customcampaigns.net/index.html

This company is owned by the Maxey Family out of Dallas, Alvord and Brownsville Texas.  Here are some other companies they own:

http://callnetpcs.com/company.htm
http://www.prebuyelectric.com/home.html

Max-Tel Communications is the main company

And this site says they no longer exist -
http://www.arizonatele.com/cgi-bin/profile.cgi?id=161

Which is false as you can tell by calling this number - 214-320-8900

Here are the family members involved -

Mike or Mark Maxey depending which number you call - Brownsville Office
Stillman Maxey - Dallas Office
Ina Maxey

This company is testing toll free numbers for connectivity so they can sell connect proof lists to politicians and the like.  In other words, a politician can buy a Call Campaign that guarantees 30,000 connects.

We need to put a stop to these shady practices.

Annoying calls all hours of the day and night.  Whenever you answer there will never be anyone on the line.  Whenever you try to call the number back you never get anyone, because it sounds like an automatic dialer on the line.  If you wait on the line a while the line will disconnect and then you will hear it begin to dial another number.  This continues over and over again.

If you having a problem with annoying phone calls from numbers that start
with a 956 area code here is the phone number to Mike Maxey to get them stopped  1-956-455-2562 and his email address is mikemaxey@yahoo.com.  I spoke with him already about stopping the calls.  I wish everyone the best of luck with the same problem that I am having.

Thank you for your help getting me started on my adventure.  I was about to my witts end when I ran across your message and just wanted to let you know how much the help was appreciated.    THANK YOU!

how did you know this was owned by Max-Tel?

Thanks

This is an illegal phone harvesting scheme operating from an apartment in Texas. They constantly change the phone numbers they use for outbound calls because what they are doing is illegal. They call your number to see if its valid or not and then sell those lists for political phone campaigns. Since they are not making political calls, only harvesting numbers, what they are doing is illega.
