- PeteGot a call from this number. Caller ID said Hartford, CT. They left a long voice mail that said it was Aetna Voluntary. They said they received a claim from me that needed a better billing code. It sounded quite legitimate except that, although I have Aetna now, I didn't have it for the time they said the claim was made. I called the number on my Aetna insurance card and asked about this call. I gave them this number. They said it is a scam and to not give anyone at this number any of my info.
