got a call from this number they asked for me by first name i asked did they want to leave a meesage they said no and hung up didnt idetify themself at all

Yes even i got same situation no was +96655******3 asking about another some other person very rude asking me where u live and whats your name and all.call got disconnected at 0.43 min
m fed up.

I see that im not the only one getting these calls from this number. Same here I say Hello nothing then a few seconds later an automated voice says Goodbye. Lets try to stop these nonsence calls from coming in. Thank You

I've been getting calls from this number and every time I pick up, I say "hello" and I don't hear anything. Then an auto-mated lady voice says, "good-bye!"
I tried calling back, but it says, "Your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again." And it says it in Spanish too. "Message 2PX12PE"

I looked up the 966 area code and it says there is no area code 966 in the US, and that it is a Saudi Arabia #!  I didn't pick up as I don't pick up #'s I don't know, but I have a question.  Did anyone fill out any survey or PCH information, or one of those $250 gift card endless info things?

Lots of noise in the background.  Could not get a clear voice as to who this was.  Called me repetitively over the past month.  I hang up and/or do not answer anymore.  Very annoying calls with a very difficult time as to who it is either they have an accent or something is wrong.

when you find out please let me know. this number has called me 23 times in the past 3 days.

They call me several times a day. Most of the time I don't answer but when I do, nobody is there to speak with me. Please advise how I can get them to stop.

Ive received these calls for sometime, all about furthering my education, I always said no, but one day I got a little toasty and that was a bad time for them to call, I started to play along" yes I would love to go back to school" well they seem to want to offer me some classes on certain skills, everyone remembers those commercial " do you want a degree in dental asst, data input, blah blah blah" well they seemed to want to offer me the same thing. Then once it got down to me providing personal info, he truly didnt understand "123 sesame st NYC".  But I believe someone did since our conversation was quickly cut off with that automated lady saying "goodbye". Last call I ever got from that number.

I have been getting the same message for days

This same # has been calling Me everyday this week, When I say hello, It say's good bye. Then I try to call back and it says invalid number. I've also tried to text this number and it has an Error code. My wife identity has been stolen, So Everyone needs to be on Alert these scams happen way to often, and it's getting out of hand. My Wife was unable to file Her tax papers because Someone has used All Her identity, SSN & Her full legal name..

This thing is in my blocklist.  It calls daily, right before it they try calling Private.  Some time ago they were only calling Private, and I decided to turn off ANCR for bit and answer one.  It was the Indian/saudi call center mentioned earlier, looking for somebody that doesn't live here.
