Political research automated survey.  IMHO these calls should be considered telemarketing and they should respect the do not call list. Too bad politicians excluded their phone calls from having to follow the same rules.   Nothing you can do when politicians harass you I guess...

I absolutely hate the person who ever came up with the idea for robo calls.  I have gotten so many of these calls I want to scream.  Nobody needs to be knowing anything about what party I'm registered with and who I am going to vote for.  Absolutely disgraceful that I can't have the option to get out of these stupid calls.

I just read on another website that this is Elkhurst Communications.  They gather data from political surveys and are heavily involved with the Republican Party.  If you go to their website they offer you a way to opt out of calls and emails.  I just did it, let's hope it works.

These folks are going to bother you no matter what, so have some fun with them. Take their survey, and randomly answer the questions with correct and incorrect information. If enough people did this their results would become worthless, and whoever was hiring them would fire them. They'd have to figure out a way to weed out the phone numbers of those who provide wrong information.

Thanks,  since it is only 3 questions, I will give them the opposite answer the next time.   If the statistics are garbage, they will stop doing the calls. You would think that calling the same number over and over, would result in incorrect results.

Couldn't wait to give my political opinions!  I see people on here all upset at being surveyed.  Hey, here's a new concept - hang up the phone!  Too bad people are more interested in the Kardashian's than anything going on as their country is being flushed down the toilet.  And the people blogging in about giving opposite answers each time or "wrong" answers - how would anyone know which answer was "right".  Honest to God, people, wake up.  Average IQ on 800notes:  27.

political survey which unfortunately is legal (because politicians always want what's good for them).  nevertheless, what really irritated be about this particular call is that they are employing some kind of technology that defeats your ability to hang up on them!  i thought it was a business call coming in so i picked up.  when i realized what it actually was, i hung up, but 30 seconds later when i attempted to initiate another call, they were still on the line!  i had to hang up for several minutes to regain my dial tone.  that is total outrageous.

Talk about skewed . . . and biased.  They end the call with me the moment I push registered Democrat.
Three times so far - - next time I'm going to select registered Republican just to see if the call continues.

Can any party truly have a valuable - worthwhile poll if they exclude members of another party???

Somebody isn't getting any value for their money - AND GOOD!  Maybe they'll stop . . .

Talk about a whole new batch of robo calls.  So far, seven this month and I also keep getting calls from 720 area code and it's not the US one.  Evidently, India has an overseas exchange code too. Am not answering any calls that are not recognizable.

These scumbags at Elkhurst Communications call every night..... have ignored my requests to "opt out" from their website.

Now I just answer and let "David" their robo-moron talk......the idiots who run this company will let their message repeat for a good five minutes,  costing them and/or their clients money.

3 calls on a Sunday, I don't care if it is an "opinion survey" and they don't have to abide by the DNC. There should be a law against this type of harassment 7 days a week.
