This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group, a public utility operated in part by F Antone Accuardi of Portland Oregon.  He uses a foreign "shell" company to enter into revenue sharing agreements with illicit telemarketers.  This is a likely violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

These [***] called me trying to scam for insurace.

I receive calls from this number daily, they never leave a message. I would think they should be put on the do not call registry. They are very annoying & from what I understand are solicitors trying too sell insurance.

Got a call right now. No message left.

Got a call this morning at 9:30 but couldn't answer. Called the number back and it said "pacific telecom..this is a non working number". Maybe with all the complaints they were forced to shut down!! I've been on the "do not call" list for about 3 mos now so they legally shouldn't be calling me or anyone else on the list!

Some health insurance scam. Ignores do not call list.

Getting calls on my brand-new un-published ATT cell phone and no messages from this number.  11/27 and 11/29 in 2012.  Not sure how I ended up on their list.  Also a 412-346-4850 number on 11/28 inbetween this phone number's calls.  After reading all the other comments on this site, I would ignore or block them.

This number called me 6 times in a row. If you are not in my phonebook my phone does not ring and i never set up the VM. So they can call 100 times, i don't care.

I have received  several unwanted calls from this number.

I stayed through the message and talked to a live person to tell her to put this number on her "do not call" list. She hung up on me as soon as I told her I don't want to receive calls from this number.

Called today. No message left. So I am glad to know that it is a telemarketer call. I get numerous calls everyday from all kinds of numbers, called multiple times in the day as well. First time for this number though.

Received call on 12-7-12 around 1:55 pm. I didn't answer, there was no voicemail left. Tried calling back approximately twenty minutes later, and nothing. No ring, no answer, no "out of service" message.

enough already - my husband is disabled and rushing to the phone in the am is the last thing I want to do especially when it's a telemarketer - we're on the Do Not Call List!!

I have been getting a bunch of calls from this number, when I called back and waited on hold forever, finally a lady picked up.  I asked the lady how to take my number off their list and she hung up on me immediately.  I called right back and there was no answer.  Companies like this are so annoying, have some respect people!  I'm sure this is just another scam company as it seems they call on different services all the time.
