Harassement from this number.  They insist my deceased son is not deceased.  There are three numbers from this same company, all three called me.  The two others are 865 332 1306 and 785 371 3735.

These people keep calling for one of my employees.  They are nasty and rude.  The employees here are NOT allowede to take personal calls but these people won't take no for an answer.  They also will not say what the call is about, just that it is personal...

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! They called asking for someone who does not work here and insisted to talk to them claimed she knew everyone in the office. Transferred call to manager upon her request and the attitude continued! We asked to be taken off of their call list and she yelled "I don't got no list! Geez, You people" I don't know what she meant by that!

Got a call from 972-220-9670 lady said her name is Kay Schultz. She asked for my husband, I advised her he was not around and asked her what this is about, she said theres a case being built against my husband in the city where we live but she wouldn't give any more info. She said they are located in the east coast (we're in the west) so I said this must be a  debt collection attempt but she said shes afraid not... I looked this number up and found it linked to telemarketers...  Why would a company (at that) be calling to give someone a heads up on "a case"? Usually the court moves without notice and you find out once you are served/summons to court... They are becoming more and more sneaky these days

I recieved the same type of call for my husband..stating theres a case under his social security number. She can't speak to me his wife because of the state were in. so what do you do to get rid of these nasty calls,

these people are extremely rude. They work for some debt collecting agency and try to scare people because the have information regarding the person from thei cleints.

This number keeps calling me and my brothers house looking for me saying "they are from the social security office and there is a claim with my social security card. I don't have a claim and they need to stop calling. When you try to call the number back they don't answer.

I have received numerous calls from Kate Shultz 972-220-9670 and s. Davis/McGuire 409-497-8056 same # and person they obviosuly dont use thier REAL names.  Each time someone calls they attempt to get me to confirm my SS# stating that they want to help me advise me in a case against me and my SS# I politely explain that I dont confirm or deny any personal information over the phone at which point they both become beligerent and rude. The last call Kate said that since I wont work with them they are going to recomend the claim to move forward. I told her please do. She said you will be sorry we have you on video camera doing false transactions and good luck to you.   Are you kidding me?? People dont warn you when bad news is coming your way. NEVER give your information out over the phone. Scammers and thieves

The first call I received was from 915-239-6671 from a Samantha Fisher in El Paso, Tx.  I called Ms. Fisher back to see what she wanted.  She was trying to collect a debt from Check-N-Go.  I will admit I do owe them, and I tried to work things out with them but to no avail.  I told Ms. Fisher that I would try to call Check-N-Go again and deal with them and hung up on her.  Not even a minute later I received a call from 972-220-9670 but I sent the call to voice mail because I never answer numbers I do not know.  When I listed to the message the lady said her name was Kay and that she was calling in regards to my conversation with Ms. Fisher and she "STRONGLY SUGGESTED THAT I CALL HER BACK, THAT IT WAS IN MY BEST INTEREST."  So I went ahead and called her back, but now wishing I didn't.  I tried to ask her to send me verification in the mail and I would gladly start taking care of what I owe, but she immediatly got rude with me and told me that I had all ready received plenty of notification in the mail from Check-N-Go and my bank when my check bounced, but that I had ignored it.  Her tone was like I was lower than dirt just because I was unable to pay my debt.  I am the sole provider for my family and I go to school full time.  We barely make ends meet most of the time and it has been a very rough year for us.  I work in a "collection" department for a very well known company and I have to call people for money for product they buy from us.  You DO NOT talk to people the way she talked to me EVER!!  Especially if you are trying to collect money from them.  I plan on calling Check-N-Go first thing Monday and try to deal with them.  More than likely they will if they want their money!!

Got a call from this number and numerous numbers in the Texas area. They are extremely rude and the whole thing is a scam!!

I have been making payments to Kay Shultz it IS a debt collector not a scam... It was a bill I had missed and needed to pay if I didn't it would be taken to court

I have gotten numerous calls from the same number. VERY RUDE> They hung up on me. They are telling me that they can garnish my social security disability check, up to 30% for a past debt. I went to the official SS website and found out that even if they get a judgement they can NEVER collect the debt, as it is a federal check. Only the Govt. or child support or alimony can garnish it. They are full of crap.

I got a call from this number too, but the fun part for me is that I do not owe anyone any money and I know it, so I'm not worried. The caller was a recorded voice saying something about eLoan, which I have never dealt with and don't need. When I looked into my call record after receiving a call from this number, it appears that whoever called me spoofed the number for my caller ID though because the real number was 9013999794 and when I looked this up, the first thing I got was reference to a number in India.

It is illegal for them to tell you you are going to jail or have a "warranty" (word they tried to use with me) out for your arrest. It is an illegal tactic. I am about 99.9999999% sure the money you are sending is not going towards the debt you owe.
