No answer at first.  Then a recording comes on talking about healthcare.

Sales call, they didn't leave a message. When a message isn't left, you don't want to talk to them, you want to BLOCK them!

Anouncement screen says Telecom Construction.
No sound after dialing.

Call was automatically blocked as a robo caller. CID: V11718082700029. Don't believe this is a scammer.

This is another robo call.  Called a few times in last couple of days, no message.  I tried to call the number back, and the line immediately disconnects.  Makes me not even want a phone anymore. Every time you do some research via the internet, these robocalls get your information and start the calls.  Sooooooo tired.

Call came in on our landline at 2:29 PM CST, Caller ID showed "TELCOM CSTSRVC". The phone didn't ring since we had added the number to our call blocker unit Oct 15th. When the 1st call came in back in Oct, they left some kind of bogus auto warranty voicemail.

My ID shows TELECOM CSTSRVE  (cstsrve is basically an abbreviation for "customer service").  I don't recognize this phone number as it's not on any list of numbers I have that are allowed to call me. Since the Caller ID shows so many different things that have called other people, this has definitely got to be a scammer.  I agree with the person who on another number I looked up posted...."A real company wouldn't keep changing what we see on the Caller ID".

A real company has a specific name and 1 or 2 phone numbers and doesn't keep changing their name or phone numbers.  If a real company changes it's name or it would be rare but in that case the company usually makes it widely known by Internet, newspapers or the news media or in some way to let the public know.  I guess the scammers haven't figured this out yet since call blocking is getting more widely known, scammers continually change their phone numbers after they aren't able to get through to people.  Not that many people answer their phones anymore that have call blockers.

I don't know if all call blockers have the "get permission" to call back or not like the one I have does.  The scammers apparently don't want to listen to the speech and then do what it says to be get permission to call back and be able to ring straight through.  Even if they did, I look at who is calling first and if it is a number I don't recognize, I punch the block section on my call blocker.  So bye-bye scammers.

Maverick I'm in complete agreement with you. Especially paragraph one.

This # caller ID = Telecom SVC. No voice mail on my unpublished DNC, LAN line. Few have my LAN OR CELL #. I don't answer or return unknowns.

Fortunately we receive few. Its getting better. Wife and I are not big phone people. Since childhood . phones are a necessity only.

Example : my cell # is 2 decades old maybe older and the calls received can be counted on 1 hand. Not considering the wife of course. What's that telling everyone ?

This damnable number has called me once or twice a day for the last week. There is never anyone on the line. If you call it back, an automated system answers, saying no one is available to take your call. Fairly positive it is a scammer of some sort, since their caller ID has changed from one call to the next.

First it said "CUSTSVC", and now it says "WRNTYSVS", Carrollton, TX.

Am blocking the idiots. Haven't the patience for calls from no one. Ugh.

Believe me.... It's a scammer.  The caller ID I show is V20916150800027.  Same phone number.

ok folks   - it is scammer season....  just dont answer if you done recognize the number  or cid ... December is the bigger month for these low lifes to hit you when you least expect it.   block the number or ignore it.     This was a call from a healthcare scammer - i let him rambelt on then told him i worked for SS govt department and he immediatly hung up.   BAAA HAAAA  !!!!

They called land line. Caller ID shows "TELECOM CSTSRVC". Lady stated they are DFW Premium Roofing and are calling because they are going to "be in your area" and would like to offer a "free roof inspection".  DO NOT LET PEOPLE LIKE THIS INSPECT YOUR ROOF. There are enough legitimate roofing businesses who you could contact. A quick recommendation request on Facebook from friends and family or online reviews will help you choose. DO NOT go with anyone who cold calls you. They keep calling because people still fall for this.
