Called... did not answer... no message left... CID indicated as "Cancer Health".  Called the number back using *67 and got the following recording: "Hello?  Hi this is Christine, how are you today? The reason for the call is the Breast Cancer Health Council will be sending a donation return envelope to all supporting residents.  The goal for this drive is to support legislators who support the fast track approval of lifesaving breast cancer treatment as well as the treatment for women with cancer who can't afford it so when you receive your donation return envelope can the women with breast cancer count on you to return a small donation for the drive.  Is that OK? Hello. Are you there?"  Tried finding information on the "Breast Cancer Health Council" to see what percentage of the donation goes to charity... and couldn't even find the name listed anywhere.  Therefore, seems like a faux charity scam.  Donate at your own risk... as the people who actually could use the donation... may never see it.
