- YADA-YAThis is "again" a n o t h e r new number from 972 scamming scum sucking pigs. Thank you call block for zapping all of 972, this time under the fake name
(nice systems) what! Are they serious or delirious!- Caller: SCAMMERS INC
- dragonCalled the lan line today with a caller id of Nice Systems. Left no message. Companies with valid business leave messages , telemarketers and scammers don't. Went on my block list.
- TormentingTelemarketersGot one yesterday and today on a business line. Asked to take to {Owner Name}, and if not them asks to talk to another owner. When asked who they are with, hangs up. Feels rude to me. The caller id says "IEX CORPORATION" which appears to be IEX Corporation, 2425 Central Expy # 500, Richardson, TX 75080 (972) 301-1300. Google lists them as "Telephone Equipment and Supplies", so they are probably trying to sell PBX/VoIP systems to businesses?
- Caller: IEX Corporation
- Call type: Telemarketer
- protect| 2 repliesgot a call wanted to know if i'm the owner of a business, when i asked how i can help you, he said "ill ask one more time are you the owner" how rude! i just hung up.
- Caller: Nice Systems
- Perry HenisExpress processing, credit card company
- Call type: Telemarketer
- TormentingTelemarketers replies to protectNice Systems bought IEX. I guess they haven't updated their outbound phone switch...
- MJDCalled our business. Nobody on the line. CID said Nice Systems. Assume it's a robo call.
- Caller: Nice Systems
- AnnoyedDon't answer calls I don't recognize and let them go to answering machine. Most unwanted callers hang up immediately. Got one from 972-301-1798 with caller ID "IEX Corp." Caller hung up, no message.
- Caller: IEX Corp
- Fred replies to protectI was treated the same rotten way. How come these people are allowed to exist?
- TormentingTelemarketersCalled back - "Can I speak with the Owner?" and so I know immediately is another scummy telemarketer. Asked who they were and they almost hung up on me. Called the company just as "Express", and they are a Merchant Provider. Oh boy, not another one.
Have they not learned that starting your conversation immediately with "Can I speak with the Owner" is a major trigger for any Gatekeeper that this call can safely be ignored?- Caller: "Express" but likely IEX Corporation AKA Nice Systems
- Call type: Telemarketer
- AleeThe ID says IEX Corporation from Texas. Didn't leave any message. Don't know why companies from out of state keep calling.
- Caller: IEX Corporation
- TormentingTelemarketersI've gotten a couple of calls since last post. It's the typical "I need to talk to the Owner" without regard if the Owner needs to talk to them. Oh YES dear Unsolicited Caller, let me immediately drag the Owner out of the toilet so they may regard your offer with enraptured attention and amazement. I feel like I should treat them like the Guard on The Bridge Of Death from Monty Python's Holy Grail.
These people have no clue how to deal with a gatekeeper, preferring to just hang up and make another hapless attempt later. They don't want to reveal anything, or as little as possible, unless they are talking with an Owner. This sounds shady. Frankly, they are so abrupt and rude, I have a theory: They don't want to talk to companies with a gatekeeper, since they are unlikely to be stupid enough to sign up for their services. If the phone is answered by the Owner, they have a shot.
The best info I've gotten so far is they call themselves "Express" and are another Merchant Account processor. Maybe I'll play owner next time. I can do that.- Caller: "Express" AKA IEX Corporation AKA Nice Systems
- Call type: Telemarketer
- JFPrivate phone with no business link. With caller ID, I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know. Still they are able to upset dinner, family time or a shower just to carry out their Scam!
- Caller: IEX Corp
- JFCalled again, 7 days after last call. No business here, just, folks tired of all the BS companies like this, if it is a company, dish out. Has to be a big, fat SCAM!
- Caller: IEX
