Then they proceed to claim there is "pending litigation" followed by a fake Cause or Case # and might even say something about going to their job to "serve" them.
This is a collection agency using illegal and unethical tactics in order to make you call them and give them contact information for your friend.
They ask that you call 866-372-2344 and speak with Jamie Long.

Same as above,   Case # given is false.   Probably a collector.  Ask that you call the legal dept at 866-233-3891.

Got a call from 972-301-8548, ask for a manager or owner and then they said who they where calling for and said that the person would be served on this location if they didn't return their call. gave the number 866-285-1728 then they gave me the employee full name and their case number.

They called for someone I never have hard of, with the same spew listed about. Threats of nonsensical, same-day legal Action within a noisy telemarketing center (sounded like a sweat shop). This Idiots don't even listen to voice mail to ensure they are calling the right number. In essence, giving me sensitive information about the person they are trying to reach. Class A scum of the earth operation for sure. Blocked.
