I received multiple phone call from the 972 512-9501 number over the past few days. They did not leave any messages nor did they identify who they were when I picked up the phone on the third call of the day. They asked by name and my Chase credit card number. I told them number #1 I do not have any Chase accounts, number two I do not give my name unless you specifically identify who you are and why you are calling and number three I do not give out account numbers over the phone no matter who you are. They promptly hung up. I have reported this number and call to the FTC. I hope this puts the end to this number calling people but I see from the above reports that this has been going on since 2009. Sigh..

I have been receiving numerous calls from this number at all hours of the day and night.  Only one time was a message left and I could not understand it, except to know that it was not my name that they were looking for.  Last night, they called again, and this time I answered.  Asked for a woman, not me and I said quit calling me, you've obviously got the wrong number!  These calls were all to my cell phone which is supposedly registered on the do not call list.  I know some above have said that this is legitimate Chase Bank collections, but I do not have any credit cards or other debt with Chase, so I don't know what to think.

Does anyone here have the number to call to report these calls to the FTC?  Seems a little fuzzy on their website.  I have done this in the past, but don't see it readily available today on the website.

Thanks to Information Please for the phone number.

Just received another call from this number.  Once again, they asked for someone else, not me, informed them again that they have the wrong number.  We'll see how long it takes them to call back or if they call again tomorrow at the same time- better not call me on Thanksgiving day.

Chase credit cards, my auto draft authorization expired after a year and the auto draft didn't take place. Very courteous, set everything right in a minute. Foreign. Very clear and understandable indian accent.

Didn't look like a robocall although it took him about 20 secs to come on the line (guess was a robocall but without the annoying recording).

    *THIS IS A HOAX*

I got a call stating that I owed over $300 on a Chase credit card. I had closed out of my Chase accounts a year ago. They kept prying for personal information, but luckily, I've dealt with a scam like this before. Also seemed strange they called at 6:00PM on a Saturday. I called Chase bank immediately after and mentioned the call. They confirmed the hoax, and filed a statement. If the calling persists, simple mention that you will report the number to the Better Business Bureau. The calls will stop.

Side note: I have 12,000 followers on Twitter. I reported the number and told people to mess with them. I had reports of well over 100 people prank calling. That's how you get back a scam like this :)

They have been calling EVERY DAY since November. I've spoken to an operator on 3 occasions and asked to have my number removed from their database. I have filed 26 complaints with the FCC regarding these people. And they still keep calling!
