It's Spectrum VOIP services looking to solicit business.

Company calling on behalf of Spectrum Voice & VoIP Services. All they do is schedule a time for business to meet with sales people.

Caller asked to speak with the person in charge of our phone services. I told her she could email her and she took the email address.

very persistent, did not want to leave a message, about my phone service when asked if she was calling to offer services answered not trying to sell anything, would not say what company insisted on me telling name of person in charge of phone decisions, and what time to find that person, I called back the number rand to a Joshua Jackson voicemail for spectrum voip

Same as other...Spectrum.

Ditto.  Spectrum. I put her in voicemail and she buzzed me back.  I put her in voicemail again, she buzzed me back, I put her in voicemail yet again.  We get way too many calls of that nature & sometimes I just get tired of talking to them.

Wanted to speak to CEO. Let them know he was not in and they could leave a message. Said they'd call back and try again. Spam. Would not say what company they were from.

Came back from lunch to a voicemail notification.  The entire message is a fart.  No one speaks.  Just...a fart.

Spoke with our HR Manager who told her not to change anything on our account (thinking it was from a company we work with) and we didn't need any appointment. She called back right after to confirm an appointment with another person. Number does not allow you to call back. Seems to be a scam.

Sales lady calling from Spectrum - said not interested and asked to be removed from call list, but she just keeps on talking...blah blah blah...

Sames as the others... someone calling on behalf of Spectrum VOIP services wanting to talk to whoever was in charge of phone and internet services. Been told more than once to stop calling.
