Caller asked for the owner of our company by name.  I advised he wasn't in, she asked if he would ever be in.  Asked her what company she was calling from...TMA. I asked her to put us on her do not call list she states why would you want to do that.  I said because you're just wanting money.  She asked if we were in compliance with the new credit/debit card chip.  I told her we were not interested and asked her again to put us on her do not call list.  She said she would not and would be calling us back.

Called my cell.  Didn't answer.  Checked the number.  Sure enough! Another darn scammer! BLOCKED

Just another bottom feeder merchant service yammering on how much money they are going to save me.

She was rude and i politely asked to be removed from the do not call list because they had called me from the same number the day before and when i answered she had asked the same question as the other person did, so i already knew who they were but she got an attitude and said i was just asking if you guys take credit cards. i said yes we do but can you please remove us from the call list and the she just hung up on me.

abuse@verizon.net.  send a message to verizon,,, send dates and times this number calls you,,,unwanted calls after you told this idiot to stop calling is a violation of Verizon tos ..

We have identified the calls are being passed to Verizon by an upstream phone carrier.  We have contacted them to investigate the calls and take appropriate actions.

You can contact Verizon's Unlawful Call Center at 800-518-5507.  Their hours are M-F,  8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET.  The Unlawful Call Center specializes in Annoyance Calls and may have blocking tools that are unavailable to my department.

If you are on the Do Not Call list, you can file a complaint with your state's Attorney General.

Lastly, you can file a complaint with the FCC.

What to Include in Your Complaint

so a private number came across showing 972-532-5714 as the number and being a business I answered. Turns out another fake credit card company trying to scam me. I get calls at least once a month from new credit card scammers with different names. How is this not illegal yet? for the poor souls who fall victim to their devious plans I'm truely sorry.

Very rude to me also.  Said there was not a thing such as a do not call list.

I contact the local police, Waiting to show them the video and verizon is sending the call logs to the police.
I will expose the imbecile behind these calls once the police give me some info ..

Guy says he's from Performance Alliance. Woooow. Same number so many different companies calling about merchant service account every week.

called asking for the owner... told him I'm sorry, how can I help you? I'm looking to verify your address to send out some information for tomorrow, are you the owner? No, I am not. Thank you I'll call back, click. Tried to call the number back, keeps telling me I have a channel group error and to reset my channels and try again. I'm calling from a hard wired land line, not a VoIP. This is certainly a scammer group. Didn't identify himself, just asks for the owner and hangs up before I can tell them to remove us.
