It get call all the time and the recording says they are calling from a person I do not know about their Citibank Mortgage.

Again here i Received a call every single day on cellphone. User name unknown.  If it is Citigroup/Citifinancial Mortgage, my mortgage is not overdue, as I have until the 16th of the month to pay my mortgage they keep on calling even do i spoke to them to stop that it only stop the month i called, can't take this any longer

My mortgage is due the 16th of the month. From the third day of the new month. I get phone calls from this number at 7am every day. I am so sick of this every month citigroup mortgage sucks!!!!!!!Big time, they make you feel, like your doing something wrong, and the manner in which they speak to you like you should be in jail it's disgusting!!!!!!

It is CitiMortgage.  They will call multiple times a day every day until your payment is received even though you have 15 day grace period.   Even if you schedule your payment online, they still continue to call as they say they cannot see if a payment has been scheduled online.  Very annoying.

My mortgage payment is due the 1st of the month they start calling on the 2nd of the month. I have a 15 day grace period until it is late. Citimortgage is a big joke they are the worst mortgage company to have.

hello, when i call that number from my cell ph, i get a recorded recording saying that the number is disconnected. whomever this is calling to our homes, this person or company needs to stop. i will forward a complaint to New Mexico Attorney General Gary King and Hope to get a response and I will post it here for all to see ok? good luck and i will stay on top of this!!!

Just got a call from this number, and it is National City Mortgage calling to let you know if they think you are late paying your mortgage, even if you are just waiting until the last day of your grace period to pay.

It is Citibank Mortgage reminding that the mortgage is due.  They start calling on the 3rd of the month, even though mine isn't due until the 15th!  They call sometimes three or four times a day, and even though I have asked them not to call, they still do.  Now I ignore the calls because typically no one answers when you pick up.

I wish they just would not call. We have faithfully paid our mortgage even though the place is NOW worth half as much as we borrowed for it. Results of the housing bubble being popped. Just trying to keep up to date is nothing to us because paying we've been paying since 2005. They should review people's payment history before making those calls that are irritating.

Citigroup called, but the number was not in service when I hit redial.

Later I called using the number I was given for my account service.  They were claiming I had not made my payment event though it showed up in my checking transactions and my online account history.  They had made an error and applied my mortgage payment to the principal on my account, and thus it was showing up as not having been paid on time.  I was livid.  

They did apologize, but it did not make up for the time wasted and the inconvenience.

Maybe they would like it if we just walked away. Still being harassed even though we're not behind. Isn't 7 years long enough to be on their Don't Harass List?

They called us at 8:15 this morning.  I"m not sure who it is, but I think it could be Citibank.  They tend to call a lot.  I'm not sure why.  We pay all our bills.  It shouldn't be a collection call.  We aren't filing bankruptcy or anything like that either.  They  have called us on Sundays which I don't like either.  Thanks.

Get a Google Voice number and change the contact number on your account.  Have GV send them straight to voicemail.

Got a call. My Caller ID showed the call was from State Farm but it was actually from Citimortgage (Very Sneaky) they call every night between 7:00pm and 8:45pm. Yhey say I'm late to pay but I too have a grace period until the 16th of each month.

Caller ID = St Farm Ins yet it is from CitiMortgage.

This is not State Farm Insurance and it is not CitiMortgage.  I finally went answered the phone and went through the prompts, but when the auto system asked for my zip code, I put in 00000.
A female with an slight accent thanked me for calling and then directly asked for my 10 digit account number. I then told her, "You called me, and you should have my account number, and why does your number show up State Farm Ins". She said, "I assure you this is CitiMortgage, you can call the number back" (right). When I insisted for the explanation with the number, she then said, "Well, State Farm must have had this 800# before us" (wrong). I told her she had another problem, because this isn't a 800#. She then moved right into my account being overdue. I stopped her in mid sentence and said, "I had made payment arrangements 2 months ago." She hung up on me.
I called State Farm and CitiMortage and it is not either one and both had me contact the FTC!!!

mortgage past due,,,,, not true, verified through my bank.... called back, no answer.  ??? I don't like it.  called my cell which is odd asked for my billing zip code, I gave the recording an incorrect one on purpose..... I think it is a scam!!!  beware!!!
