They have now called two more times since my previous post. That makes five calls from this number in a single day.

This operation has now outdone themselves, calling a SIXTH time in a single day. Their latest interruption came a couple of minutes before 7 PM. The number is about to be blocked.

They keep calling and hanging up,  It's funny they didn't seem to like it when I kept doing it to them.  They haven't called me back for awhile

they blow up my phone all day and evening long and something needs to be done to make it stop
or you could give us the name of who is calling and we can handle it ourselves - that would be better

Well, that's the purpose of this website - for whomever knows to post information about who the caller is.  So far, only one person has said who it might be - some kind of energy company telemarketer.  That's the best guess anyone has here.  If you get more info, you could post it for everyone.  The only way to stop it is to block the number on your phone.

Honestly, if you want to stop all the nonsense calls I am sharing my experience in using Google Voice, Obi200, and Ring.to

There is much information about the use of free Google Voice and less about how to connect it to a real phone at home with an Obi200 etc.  You can transfer your current # to the cloud permanently and direct all calls to it to any number that you own.  Only Google Voice has the complete capability to filter common Spam and block individual callers.  The Obi along with the account site obitalk give you all the control you need.

When I submitted my business name with the State Comptroller I received a consistent and growing number of calls every 10 minutes from businesses.  I believe that the phone companies encourage this activity by limiting you to your ability to block callers and do not restrict Spam callers.  Seems like Google has a different agenda then the major phone companies.

When I implemented my suggestion after much research I can sincerely state that our home is absolutely quiet.  The only calls that get through are from those we know and have a relationship with.  If at any time we have a person who has our number and is simply soliciting, we block and it all goes away.

I come here to find out if the person is someone we know or has a known history.  Then block the phone with good results.  My suggestion is free and cost for an Obi in the range of $50.  After that the service is free with great clarity and control.

Receive several calls daily on my home phone from this number.  It shows as Dallas, Texas on Caller ID.  I don't answer the call and don't have voice mail on this phone.  Beyond annoying!

They aren't calling me but are calling my 18 year old daughter. 4 times today to the point she asked if I knew who they were. No messages. She's in classes  in college, not even in this area right now.

7 calls yesterday 3 times so far today.  Been calling on and off for weeks.  Never leave msg.

they call 3-4 times a day never leave a message, when i answer they hang up!

called wanting to do an energy audit on my home.  sounds similar to the home security scam.  now blocked.

After many calls and no messages from them, I called the number and a lady answered: "Energy Cost Savings". They have a website. I spoke to the person that answered and asked to be taken off their call list. She said she would be happy to do that for me.  We'll see if it works!

Called today. I picked up, they didn't say anything, then the call hung up.

Get calls from this number everyday .. no one there where I answer... this is getting old!

This is my area code so I answered the first time. She started her spiel about saving me money on my energy bill. I broke in and asked her : "Since I am on the Do Not Call List this call is illegal, If your willing to do that what else is your company doing that is against the law and why would I want to have dealings with company that is willing to break the law? There was a moment of silence before she hung up. I have since blocked the number using the Android app "Truecaller"

Telemarketer. Don't answer this number, they try to spoof your number. Many times there won't be a sound from the other side: Hung up, then stop your phone app & start it again. If you get that number to call you again, stop your phone app, restart your phone (android) and block the number.
