    Recorded Debt / Interest Rate reduction SCAM.  Here is the text of the message: "Hello this is your final notice from Card Member Services to get your interest rate reduced to as low as 0 percent on your credit cards. You've been pre-approved is a valued customer and eligible for debt and interest rate reduction on your existing credit card. To speak to a live representative, please press one now.".

    NOW, if they only meant that "This is your final notice", I'd be really happy.
