If you have caller ID, answer, TK investigation services, telephone fraud division! That's what I did, and the caller said, Huh? Hung up, and never called back.

The company calls over and over for months and months, including very, very early in the AM and sometimes four times a day.  I was able to get Kyle on the phone once (about 25 calls ago) and told him to stop calling us as we are on the DNC list and he said he would fix it and then the calls came through the next day and have never stopped.  If you call the number back, it goes to a VM account #303 that is FULL.  I GOT THE COMPANY NAME AND TOOK IT DOWN AND AM GOING TO SUE THE CRAP OUT OF THIS COMPANY.....

Repeat calls, no message, very irratating , annoying and rude. They need to be stopped! How do they get paid??????

Answered call from 972-996-0638. Received this ID'd call many times over several weeks with always no reply when I said "Hello". This time a female replied to my "Hello". Caller greeted politely and then stated she was "calling on behalf of Direct Source and understand you are qualified for additional VA benefits". I asked to speak with her supervisor and she 'appeared to be either confused or trying to relay my request' but then promptly hung up.
All I was going to do was to inform the supervisor that this caller was very polite but the previous callers over several weeks were very rude by not answering my "Hello" when they called from this same number.
I guess the company doesn't really want any feedback on their endeavors.
Go figure!

Calling them back and blasting them with an air horn could get you in trouble as it's against the law.

What we need to do is put pressure on our legislators who allow these idiots to call us. Until these people start paying my phone bill, they shouldn't be allowed to call unless invited.

Repeated calls with no message left.  Finally answered one and she (Sophie) stated from Direct Source.  Claimed that I must re-register for the Do Not Call list every year! She seemed to sincerely believe that, even though it is false.  Their employers are lying to their employees, so you obviously cannot trust the company!!!

Called 7-24, lady asked for me by last name only mis-pronounced it.  I answered, "nick's pizza" like the last time, and she said, sorry, I have the wrong number."  Very polite and hung up the phone.  I could hear multiple voices in the background indicating a boiler room operation.

Received a call from 1-972-996-0638  Dallas Tx.  Caller ask if I was .....? "yes.I am."  Caller said she was from Direct Source then went on about my mortgage, and the rates.  I asked her how she knew about my morgage?  She replied it was public records.  So I then asked what public records did she access to get these records?  She then hung up.  For the record I do not have a mortgage.  Spammers!

Received a call from this number today. Upon answering the phpne a female caller asked for me by name and hung up immediately. I called the number back and received  a message stating the person at this number is not available.

Direct Source Lending called and immediately said that according to their records, my mortgage interest rate was above 2%.  Then ask me to confirm if that was correct.  I told the person I don't discuss that type of information over the telephone.  I then hung up.

*no answer*
Me: Hello?
*Pause*
Female with foreign accent: Hello?
Me: Who is this, please?
Caller: Is [my father's name] here?
Me: Who is this?
Caller *repeats question*
Me: May I ask what this is in regards to?
Caller: *Click*

I received a call from this number yesterday.  She said there was something new in the Veteran's Administration and asked if either of us was a veteran and asked if we had a home mortgage.  No, no, and no! She said thank you, have a nice day, and hung up.   This might give a clue as to who is making these calls.

Caller offered a "direct V.A. loan".

Might be as a result of my applying for a pre-qualification application via Chase Mortgage Co.. Their contract stated they could release second and third party info whether I used their services or not. Didn't use them and observed the release of information later.

These people are calling all the time and hang up on us.  I want it stopped and we are on the no call list.  Can you help?

Calls and does not leave a message.

I have received multiple calls from this number and answered every time. They will say they are from the "Marketing Department" calling about my home mortgage and that they had spoken to me about a year ago (which I did refinance a year ago). Asking for more information their name changes to "Direct Source" or "Direct Source Lending". I have requested to be removed from their call list multiple times because I already refinanced and do not need to keep receiving their calls, but yet they continue to call. I am reporting them to the FCC and consulting with an attorney on the issue.

Calls and never a message. How is this legal? The name and contact information of the people operating this and other numbers should be easily obtainable. This is nonsense. My guess is it's only purpose is to record if and when you pick up.
