Call from Eric Waterman, and said charges were been sent out against me for two reasons (1) wrong endorcement of commerce and (2) obtaining US currency with intent to decieve.  Said he was from a law firm in Rockwell Co., dallas, Tx., calling on behalf of national Assistance Fund, would not give me a file number but said I owed money for a payday loan applied for on 10/15/08.  Ask me what I wanted to do?  He suggested an alternative method of paying back the loan by submitting a WHA27B Release Form (withholding of action) that need to be completed and approved.  Asked how I could get this form, and he said he would fill it out for me, but never did.  Also suggested I could go online and look under yellowpages.com for legal counseling.  When I told him I would like to do this, and find out more about this call, he suggested I do so and call him back.  He never gave me a case number.
