So you received a call from this guy.
He is from Dallas, Texas.

Go to your computer and download ANY kind of video or song. Call this number 972-996-2082 and play the video over and over again until you use up their entire answering message. Burn out his phone.

Asking for a specific person. From business or person called orlando re merchant account. Business account. Didn't leave number "He has the number"   It appears they called 4 times in January too...

SCAM -- There are no merchant accounts setup with the number they are calling.

SCAM-call themselves Payment systems. Keep asking for the "owner" and refuse to leave a message. Keep getting a "Karen" calling.

Hi, I'm looking for the owner. I'm not selling anything I am only setting up appointments (for credit card processing).

Caller ID showed "user default"

two calls in two days from merchant processing .
asked for the owner i told them for the 2nd time the owner will not talk to any one it's not his job he owns the business i'm the person you would have to talk to about any processing of credit cards . they hang up .
the best part is this is a race shop we get paid from the sponsor's we don't have walk in customers .

I've received 3 calls from 972-996-2082 from Dallas TX.  They are selling credit card processing service.  I've asked to be removed with each call....

Total Scam company.  Look them up online.  They go by Payment Systems but also operate under other shell companies like Lease Finance Group, Global Leasing and more.  DO NOT USE THEM for CC Processing!!!  Their business model locks you into a multi-year contract and not deliver what they promise.  The New York ATG office filled and won a multi-million dollar settlement with them but they are still in business scamming people.  There are several class action law suits against them and you can find a ton of info on them if you scan the web...

There needs to be a law to stop these scondrels.  I get calls daily, sometimes several times from these creeps always asking for the "owner".  They are trying to trick us into buyng or switching to their credit card processing services.  So I tell them "OH, the owner DIED" or "OH we only accept nickels and dimes for payment" and hang up.  Or "we don't charge for our services they are all free so we do not need credit card service" etc. Then their numbers go to the call ID trash heap.  I did hear recently that either the US Attorney General or some government agency is looking into going after these PESTS on a grand scale, but it could take a while of course.

They called 3 times just today in a 5 hour period - they ask for the owner by her first name, refusing to give theirs nor will they leave a message, and they say that it was a "personal matter." We are a wedding chapel and I asked if this was in regards to a wedding and she said yes, which I'm not assuming it is a lie. It came up as "unknown" on the caller ID.

I get calls from this number several times a day everyday. They can't take no for an answer and hanging up on them does no good. When they called for the third time today I had a surprise waiting for them. I pulled up "Sweet Brown - Ain't Nobody Got Time for That (autotune Remix) on youtube and had it waiting for them. When I answered the phone I turned up the volume and held the phone up to it. Think they'll get the hint?

Called, no message. I hate these scum.

Male caller asking if we take credit cards and when I wouldn't answer his question he asked for the owner by name.  He was offering merchant services.  I told him we aren't interested and he said he will call back later and hung up.

I had a message on my phone, all I got was heavy breathing

4 times yesterday and so far 4 times today 972-996-2082 has called our business.  Lisa from Payment Systems were the 4 calls today (yesterday was a guy).  She keeps asking for the owner in regards to our merchant account.  When I told her to remove our number and not to call us again she said she isn't calling us to ruin our day or anything.   It is ruining our day when these calls come in all day long.  I have real physical customers to deal with and have to silence them so I can answer these BS phone calls.  Something has to be done about this ongoing violation of the phone system.  

Here's what I thought of doing.  Keeping a list of phone #'s and companies and when they call, keep the time you waste on them.  Then billing them at the end of the month for it.  They will throw it away, but sooner or later it will have to go to one of the fabulous collection agencies that have no common sense at all. Just a thought.

Called twice in 3 minutes asking for the owner. Wanted to set up appointments for some credit process thing. Needed to put them on hold but they would not stop talking. Her name was Lashonda.

Caller ID said "Dallas, Texas".

Funny enough. While typing this, she called again asking for the owner by name.  If they call again I will try finding out the business name.
