Amber continues to call me from this number and will not disclose what company she is from. She continues to ask for the owner and will not give details. As office manager, I cannot allow any call to go through without details. It is unacceptable. Whoever this is is completely rude, unreasonable and a huge waste of my time. I will find a way to press charges against Amber and this company if this continues.

Some very effiminate male called from this number and would not leave a message and promptly hung up.

I received a solicitation from a woman regarding credit card terminal or processing.  When I asked her to remove me from the call list, she continued reading her script as if she never heard me.  I hung up on her.  She (or another woman) called back and attempted to read the script, but she giggled and hung up.

I get constant calls from this number, asking to discuss details of our credit card processing machine. It is, as mentioned above, a considerable waste of time, it ties up our business line, it is unsolicited, and we are on the Do Not Call List.
This is a complete disregard for normal business practices and ethics, and it would be wonderful to determine a way to stop the calls. The caller will not disclose their location or company name when questioned.

We are on the do not call list.  However, this number continues to contact us even though we have repeatedly told them we are not interested and to please remove us from the list.  They just hang up on you.

This company calls us almost daily.  They always ask for the owner and will never leave a message.  I work for a dive shop and the business owner is frequently diving with students.  He is not available to speak with them and as the office manager I've tried to talk to them myself but they are very rude and usually hang up on me.

I to am an office manger who is required to screen all calls for the owner.  The caller doesn't identify themselves and when I tell them the owner isn't available they just say they'll call back later then hangs up.

Next time they call and ask for the owner I'm going to tell them he died.

Female called my business # wanting to update my merchant account (credit card processing). Insisting she can only talk to "me", she would not listen, very rude so my wife told her off. Since I do not process credit cards, its a no brain-er that they are just telemarketers fishing around. Not the first time they have called & wont be the last.  Reporting them to http://www.fcc.gov/cgb   File form 1088 online, its easy & will make it a federal violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and the Commission’s telemarketing and junk fax rules.

They tried again but I have them in my contacts as DontAnswer...haha

This call just happened to us.   I had to reply to your post because I laughed a little.  Our owner actually has passed away.  I told them that, of course, but they just asked for the new owner, and like everyone else has mentioned, asked when they would be in and hung up.

We received a call from this number 972-996-2083, a woman was insisting to speak with the business owner, the receptionist passed me the phone, and I as the manager tried to assist the person who was calling, I told her that it was our company policy not to forward any phone calls to our bosses until we knew the nature of the business they were calling about to avoid wasting our bosses time with stubborn
telemarketers, she refused to tell who she was, what did she wanted and was rude and kept on insisting until I told her even if the owner was here I wouldn't let you talk to him, you will talk to me first, and she hang up.  I made a phone reverse look up in the internet and it turned out they operate at an address located near Main St and Greenville in Garland Tx, I went ahead and registered our company's telephone in the website http://www.fcc.gov/cgb provided by Steve ( above ). Within 31 days we should stop receiving unsolicited, told everyone not answer that phone number again.

As the office manager it is infuriating to have someone constantly call and ask for the owner. Owners have office managers for a reason!!  I've told them they will have to talk to me that I make any and all  decisions on the owners behalf yet they refuse to discuss who they are and what they want.   I tried calling the number back but just get voice mail.  Really????   Ridiculous!!!!

I just got a call from what I thought they said was Angel, but maybe it was Amber. There was a lot of noise in the background. I love that they think they will get through. However, the owner of my business will never be available for someone who won't even tell me their name! Why do companies continue this practice? I wonder how many of them get what ever information it is they want.

PLEASE TAKE 2 MINUTES and file a complaint on national donotcall registry. they called my business 6 times 3 times on each line.

We have Comcast phones and I just blocked their calls.  We'll see how it works, only problem you are limited to 12 numbers you can block.

called and wasnted to speak to mgr - i said we do not take sales calls and do not call back - they called right back . wanted to talk to owner about a bad experience in the store - I said from dallas - this is tn -  she said I can see why i had a bad experience - you could tall it was a call bank in the background - total liars
