I don't know anyone from Texas.  But I get a call from 972-996-4048, no message.

I got several calls in a row over several days from this number. Never left a message even though I have voice mail. Only person I know in Dallas has a different number. Really strange...

Its the medical exam place, Portamedica I think it's called, they are a medical company usually wanting to schedule an exam for if you've recently asked for life insurance, for the physical exam.

It's for your Medical Insurance, needing to schedule a time to come out and get your stats for their records.  Check with your employer, they should know.

It was the medical insurance people, but they asked for the person whose name is on my phone bill, which is not me (a family member).  So don't give them any personal info!
