It is also illegal for a loan company or lender to ask for service fees while lending money ...! I have been asked on numerous occasions to go to companies like CVC Pharmacy, Walgreens, and such  for some sorta voucher, putting money on this voucher to verify that I can make these payments ...! When asking the clerk, or store manager where I can obtain this voucher inside their store, no one knew what I was talking about ...! That this voucher does not exist ...!

They start calling days before your payment is actually due. It's flat out harassment.

Called me (no messages) 5x btwn 1:45am and 2 AM.  Yes AM!  My payment is not due until the 7th.  

Same as everyone else. No messages, calling multiple times a day. I have a card with them, but my payment isn't due until the 7th. I'm completely up to date. I don't get it. Why waste their time? Paying this card off and closing it ASAP.

Whoever they are, they have called me 11 times today so far.  We do not answer as we don't know who they are.  It as above it'as Credit One Bank, I don't have a CO Card

Same guy with India accent left a threatening message for my mother on her answering service that they are gonna send the police to my mother's house, an have her arrested if she doesn't call him back right away concerning a loan they want to give her ...!

Called me several times. I finally answered. Indian accent. Said he's calling form some bank and needed to verify my information. told him to get lost and hung up.

They call me about 3-7 times a day. No message, no anything, just calls all the time. Maybe if they actually answered on a call back we may be able to get somewhere, but they dont. This is very familiar with alot of these companies. Answer the phone and lets talk, otherwise leave me the f*#& alone and move along! Fml!!!

no, it's NOT Credit One. It's scamming crooks. Block the number or better yet, grow a brain, people!

If it IS actually Credit One Bank, they call days ahead of your due date "as a courtesy call" to see if you can pay them early.  I tell them, "No.  You will get your payment when it is due."  They keep asking over and over even though I tell them no until I finally hang up on them.

This number and 470-387-7936 are Credit One Bank credit card.  My suggestion pay off the card ASAP and drop them which is my plan.

It IS Credit One Bank calling and asking about payment. They start calling non stop days before the payment is due even though I am not ever late and am not overdrafted or anything. I went online to check if I asked for any phone notifications and I did not. Specifically payment due notifications are NOT selected so they shouldn't be calling. They are calling my cell and my work cell!

Wow, annoying as hell. They've called about a dozen times this mornig and no message. If it is Capital One, I made my payment on Saturday. EARLY! It's not even late so why the hell do they keep calling?! Crazy!

It doesn't matter if you block this number or not. Credit one has at least 15 numbers they call from. Try having a bill that's a few weeks late. They've called 9 times in a day, from 5 different numbers. That's harassment on an epic level. It took them at least a week to stop calling me, even after I completely paid the card off.

It's not Capital One. It's Credit One.

Received two calls this morning. A man with a heavy Indian accent asking about my payment which is not due until 08/07. I tell him I will pay online on that day. He starts asking me how much I plan on paying. I respond with, "I'm not quite sure but it will be at the least the minimum payment. "
He starts asking me more and more questions about why not pay it today. I told him I am waiting to get paid.
Then he asks "If I may, how much below the balance is your bank account?"
I became rude and said "I am not discussing that with you now don't call me again" and I hung up.

Agree with the others, was happy that Credit 1 was helping me rebuild credit but this is ridiculous.

Several calls a day from all kinds of numbers Indian accent, names Larry Fisher/Chuck Marshall/all kinds of other names. Always says he's Senior Loan Officer calling from Cash Advance America. My loan has been approved for up to $10,000.00.
Total BS scam loan call always the same dumbass Indian guy and starts out with "this call is intended for you".......I've blocked at least 10-15 different phone numbers

Scammers. Never give info or pymnt to anyone that calls you. Hang up and call the number on your card.
