I keep getting phone calls from this number 8-10 times a day I stated I will take a message for someone in my famile she flat out refused to give her name or contact information she was very rude.

telemarketer calls a few times a day.  

I receive calls from this number multiple times a week, maybe even daily.  Well I called them back from a different number, and when I asked who they were, they refused to tell me even what kind of company they were.  She claimed since she didn't know who she was speaking to, that she could not tell me what they were calling in regards to.  I told her I was not asking for a person's private information, just wanted to know if it was debt collection, telemarketing, etc.  But her refusal to answer that question already gave me enough info to know that it must not be a call I want to take!  So really they would be further ahead to be a bit more forthright.
