It's a Lowell, Massachusetts landline. The phone carrier is Bandwidth/13 - Bandwidth.com - Infobip. The Caller ID said Am Better Health. Someone from there called my private landline/hung up. I returned the call, blocked, and a recording answered that it belonged to Am Better Health, which is a subplan of Superior Health Insurance. My family and I don't have any insurance with them, so why are they calling my private landline? They give you a toll free number to contact to you remove individuals from their contact list. I went that route, before, and was unsuccessful. This company is a scam artist. We've never had their insurance and never will!!

Knowing what company provides service for a given phone number tells nothing about who made the call and why they did it.
Looking up the company servicing the number is a waste of time.  It is like asking who was driving a passing car and where it was going and being told "The license plate is registered in Kansas."  And, if this phone number was spoofed, then it is like that license plate was taken off a car from Kansas and placed on a car from Texas.
