I have been receiving calls from a man with a thick Indian Accent, he continually ties up multiple phone lines. I have asked for documentation and have been told they have none. The police seem to not be able to do anything but document the caller. Is there any thing we can do to STOP these fraudulent calls?

i have been getting these calls at my place of work from the guy claiming to be named robert francis, he has threathened to call the police on me and claims that i owe a cash advanced place 500.00 dollars which i have never even used a cash advanced place before in my life i work for my money i do not have to get loans when i get paid on a weekly basis...this is really pissing me off.....i just wish there was something legally that i could do about it because he is harrassing me at work and on my familys cell phones!!!!

We have been receiving hundreds of calls from this man. We are a government agency and I have used every tactic I can think of to try to get him to stop calling. He says one of our employees owes him money and that he won't stop until he gets it. Thick indian accent - goes by the name Joe Lomax. We went so far as to have the Sheriffs Office involved but that doesn't worry them because they are clearly not in this Country and not concerned with our legal process. He will take a break from calling us (he is probably calling you!) and then he will pick it up again the following day. My only advice is to not speak to him at all and do NOT give him more people to talk to.

"Dominique Simpson" with a thick indian accent called my work place at least 50 times over and over and over again, where he was calling was our call center, I was notified that he was trying to reach me and said to put him into my voicemail, which they did, but he kept calling over and over and over again to the call center, I then told them to give him my direct number, but he still kept calling the call center and harrassing them saying that he would keep calling until he was put through to me, well eventually management had to get involved, and then our IT department to see if he could block the calls from coming in at all. I actually tried calling back the number i was given 978-339-4048, but noone answered. Im grateful my workplace has done everything to protect me from this harrassment, but I dont even know why this person is calling me. The very scary thing of it is, these calls were coming in from Massachusettes, the same day the bombing happened there. Totally unrelated im hoping, but very scary this person has my name and everything else!

I recommend that each of you, in your spare time, call this number as much as possible to waste his time.  We have doen this and it seems to have stopped the calls.
