- EileenI both chatted with Exact Sciences Cologuard division and phoned a rep at their real number today. The real number which is 844-474-1318 did not recognize this 833-474-1318 number they give you to call back on. She said she would notate it in their system.
- Caller: "Exact Sciences" but not

Says there calling about a Cologuard test kit they say I ordered and they're calling from Washington but the call is a Massachusetts number. I laughed my azz off at these idiots because they don't even know where their calling from.

- SinisterThis might be a legit number from a legit company The caller them self is not from that number even though they may claim they are but this is another phishing scam And they have no idea in where they're even calling from They say they're calling from Washington but the number they're using is a Northeastern Massachusetts which is a few states away claiming I ordered a testing kit that I did not order .
Obviously the brains behind these people are not much larger then a single peanut- Caller: ColoGuard

- TiddleywinksCologuard. They left a Voicemail asking i return their call. I didn't order a test and haven't been to my Dr in iver a year at least so he didn't order anything although A week prior to the call I received an email from them stating that my Dr did order a test for me which is not true. I think they're fishing for business.

- Cautious replies to Patient ManBe cautious of them telling you your insurance and/or doctor ordered this kit for you. They told me the same thing and I called both my insurance and my personal doctor and neither one of them requested this kit. These kits cost money and if you submit the test to them, you will be charged unless your doctor or insurance authorized it. I guess this must be how they are making money, telling a patient their doctor ordered this when they did not. How they got my number and asked for me by name is beyond me. I'm also getting emails from them now, and I have no clue how they got my information.
- Debra ConwayReceived a call from this number. They asked for my personal data. But refused to tell me what physician ordered me to have the test. Scam

- NellThe first thing I got from this automated call was a question asking me if I am Nell, to which i answered "yes", and immediately remembered that there are scammers who call people and ask if they are a particular person and then record the "yes" to use in illegitimate ways. Thankfully, I had requested a cologuard kit from my doctor. It caused me to let my guard down concerning the scam I just referred to. But thankfully, this does not appear to be a scam.
After I answered "yes", other questions followed, but the automated system claimed to not be able to understand me. I ended up hanging up--wondering if it was legit. I guess it was, but I think they should go about whatever they were doing in a different way.- Caller: Cologuard

- Two Cans and a StringReading all the reactions here is confusing. Received a letter last week from Blue Cross Blue Shield in an Exact Sciences envelope, stating "a doctor from Life Line Community Healthcare has ordered Cologuard for you . . . [it] will arrive at your home soon. There is $0 cost to you because Cologuard is part of your Blue Cross preventive care benefits." My office phone rang this morning, and Caller ID showed 978-552-6250. Didn't answer, and since the firm abolished voicemail, no message was left. Don't have a primary care physician yet and would prefer not to deal with strangers. The customer care line from the letter is 844-870-8870.

- Mac| 1 replyThought wasn’t legit. Not aware of any of my docs requesting this test. I do the colonoscopies due to my health care. Wonder if urgent care automatically signed me up for the test tho it had nothing to do with my visit today. AlReady blocked number before checking here first.

- Mac replies to MacYup, the urgent care doc requested the test. Didn’t tell me nor ask me about it. we didn’t discuss it. Not doing it unless doc tells me why requested it. Then still probably not doing it.
