Alllegedly from Blue Cross. Def not legit for many reasons. Beware!

I’ve gotten multiple calls from this number claiming to be Blue Plus. It seems to be a scam, as BCBS has said that all representatives are supposed to identify themselves and their branch location.

Pretty much the same as above.  But they are getting pretty relentless. They ID themselves as being with BCBS. I am tempted to call them back and listen to their fake story, then tell them I'm reporting them to the AG.

Claiming to be from Blue Plus. Had an inkling it was a scam so ignored it. But after so many calls I called back with caution. Completely automated system. They make you confirm your name (that they somehow know already) and then to verify my account I needed to enter my birthdate. I hung up immediately.

Left this voicemail: "Hello this is Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield health care solutions. This call may be recorded for quality assurance. We're calling for [your name] to share some important information. Please call us back toll free 833-799-1547 again the number is 833-799-1547. Thank you for passing this message along and have a good day goodbye"

I had this company and the caller knew my name, scary.

So this is your health insurance company and they know who you are and that makes it "scary"?  I would think that it would be a lot more "scary" if they didn't know who you are.

Received phone call from number 1-978-552-6303, ID says ANTHEM, and it says to call this number 833-799-1547.
This is a fraud/scammer as ANTHEM Blue Cross (Medicaid) does not recognize either number or Medicaid either. Do not call these numbers.

Call claiming to be Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield with an important health reminder asking me to call back to 833-799-1547.
I called the number listed on my insurance card, and they stated neither number is part of their organization.  Spam and potential scam phishing for personal information.

I've been getting this call also saying they're Anthem BCBS. They give me a number 833 799 1537 . This is a computer voice  asking me questions. As soon as they start they ask me is my name so and so then to verify my birth year.  I say I'm not answering your question so they tell me to call the back of my Anthem card. I do that and the customer service representative say neither number is in records of Anthem.  So block these two numbers. I hope this stops or maybe not. I believe this is a scam call but I can not verify.
