says they are wellcare prescription drug plan and not a sales call - please call us back at 1-833-379-2121  I did not call back but instead went to this web site.

Same as above. Message from 1-978-552-6411 says Well care and not a sales call but to call back 1-833-379-2121.

State that it’s Wellcare but asked to callback at 1-833-379-2121 24/7. Automated. Started asking personal information. I hung up. I’m positive it’s spam

Same as above, robovoice on other end starts asking for personal info "to verify you"...right!

Checked with WellCare who they say they represent, and IT'S A SCAM.

There's been a data breach at SS, a drugstore, somewhere. Medicare should not give scammers access to customers' name and phone number.

Received 2 calls today. My system flagged them as SPAM? I did not pick up and later Blocked them.

Same as above caller id listed Poential Spam but left a voicemail from the above number asking for me to call back at the 833 number not a sales call.  It was a robo automated caller.

Caller ID showed that this call came from Lawrence, MA.  Same message as others but used my first name in the voice message that was left.  WellCare has been calling recently about changing their auto-pay system. I called WellCare customer service and they said they had been calling people to review 2022 plan changes, they also confirmed that my auto-pay is set up correctly, they did not deny that the suspicious call came from them.

We have received numerous messages from (978) 552-6411 purporting to be from Wellcare.  The automated voice states "this is not a sales call" and to call (978) 552-6411.  The automated message addressed my husband by name!  If these calls were legit, Wellcare would either send their information by mail, or have a live person speaking.  And no legit business call would leave a message asking someone to call yet another number.  I don't know what these scam artists are up to, but my advice is do not call the number.

Same as above robo called feom 978-552-6411 and advised to call 833-379-2121.  I called wellcare on my known card #’s and my file shows to attempts to call HOWEVER— Wellcare is changing to a new company and ur deductible will be higher.  I advised them of how this appears.  So call the numbers u know are to the company on ur card, double check it and make sure ur file is not being flagged for any other problems and they just want to notify u of the change.

Same robo call from 978 number and were calling for me and to call 833 number and "not a sales call"...how did they know my birth name??  Who committed the breach??

Claims to be WellCare, they knew my name I didn't call back. A week later they called for my someone else in the family by name.

If this is really WellCare, why don’t they leave a message??

"Wellcare" has called me twice this week.  The first time, I didn't answer, instead I called the company to see if it was a legitimate call since I use their service.  The person I spoke with wasn't able to carry a meaningful conversation with their broken English; however, she did try to see me a premium product.  Based on the date and time she gave me, I was speaking with someone in southeast Asia.  Later I checked my account and didn't find any major messages from the company, nor any emails.

Today I answered and it was an automated called.  Every question they asked required a yes or no answer.. Knowing how some places record people saying "yes" so they can sign them up for a service they don't want, I answered "no" each time.

Same as above, they knew my first and last name. It's open enrollment for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Drug plans. They probably want to knock you off your original Medicare and get you to sign up for a 'cheaper' Advantage plan that promises the world but may not cover much when you really get sick. Just note all the annoying in-your-face TV commercials this time of year. Thanks Joe Montana and Joe Namath!

Received call as above. I called back and an automated voice began asking questions. I answered year of birth and after another verification question came up, I hung up. I really don't like these guys as they bought my 2020 plan from another Part D supplier and immediately jacked up my deductible.
