Called me about reducing my debts.  After I talked to them at length about lowering my debts, they tried to RECRUIT ME FOR TERRORIST OPERATIONS!  Said they would pay my bills and family if I don't survive!  Reported to DHS.

reporting unwanted call from 9785702304.  When I called them back and asked for the name of their business and their address they hung up.

I just call back their 800 number a dozen times or so in regards if they can help me with my mafia debts.  I might as well waste their time like they do mine.  It's rather funny, because some of them will stay on the phone 15-20 minutes is you sob on how Luigi is coming to break some arms and legs unless they get their 3.4 million by today!  By the way the phone number is 1-800-709-8793.  Go ahead and have some fun while wasting their time like they do to us!!!!

I have had several calls on my cellphone with the same person from several different area codes.  I think they are using a system to display phony numbers on the caller ID.  When I mentioned that it may be illegal to call me on my cellphone, the barely english speaking lady muttered something that sounded like "dumb pig" and hung up.  Clearly, this sounds like a scam to get your personal info for identity theft or to promote some other nefarious activity.

I get at least one call a day on my cell phone to help "solve my (non-existant) credit card problems".

I frequently receive phone calls from this set of numbers (I have about 6 different ones saved on my phone because I receive them so often and prefer to not answer them) to help me with my credit card debt--considering I have no credit cards, I'm pretty sure they can't help me.  Very annoying.

finally i called the number to get my name off the list (i get a different number everytime they call me), and i will call them 10-15 times.  first few times, i simply request to get my number off their list and get hung up on.  one time i tried selling them some life insurance.  when they ask me how much debt i have, i ask them how much life insurance coverage they need.  
a few times i asked if they accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal savior and tell them that the lord will wash away their sins if they quit calling my number, and i was told to not "flame" them.  I said that you won't have to worry about it if you make sure my number is off the list, otherwise i will keep calling and "flaming" you as long as you keep calling my number.   The last time i went through this, it took a week for me to get another call.  As long as you keep harrassing me, i will harrass you.

i think next time i will tell them i won the lottery, so i have no more debt, and therefore there is no need for them to keep calling me, since i am not in need of their service, or see if their representatives need some vinyl siding for their huts.

They won't stop calling me and leaving me messages saying "Your credit card interest debt is increasing and it is IMPERATIVE that you call me back at 1-800-709-8793."

I am getting these calls several times a day from many different numbers.  Everytime I try to call back these (foreign) people ALWAYS hang up on me. I am really annoyed by it. I don't even have a credit card

I keep getting calls from this number. The reports I have read above sound like the calls I keep getting.

These goof balls left a message on my work voice mail.  My clients don't even use this number!  It sounded like a serious message from "Chris" about MY credit card debt.  I knew it was BS, but was bored and called them.  You can't understand them.  I called back (really bored) and got one guy that I could understand.  He asked me how much CC debt I had.  I said, "You should know...you called me."  He got defensive and said they'd take my number and name off the list.  I just told him I was calling the state's Atty Gen of Consumer Affairs.  He hung up.

You crack me up.  These SOBs have been calling me at work for-friggin-ever.  Same thing, you call and ask to be taken off and get hung up on.  Finally, one moron said to "press 1" to be taken off.  They're spamming me too.  Got the ITs at work working on that.

this number and about 4 others i have saved as XX1 and XX2 ect on my cell phone, so i know which one it is that time

they left a message that started b4 the machine picked up

"....phone # is 1800-709-8793, and it is IMPERATIVE that you call right away"

go online and put their phone# in as many sites and you can.  let them get the calls

I work as a receptionist at a company with lots of different phone lines.  I get like 5-10 of these calls at a time on all the different lines.  It happens at least once a week.  I press one to talk to someone and have asked numerous times to be taken off their list only to get hung up on.  I finally called them back and asked to speak to a manager and was told that one wasn't available.  Finally I talked to someone who told me they would take my number off the list.  That won't help though... I could only give them the main number.  I'm not sure which numbers they're dialing in through.  It drives me crazy!!!!!!

I just talked to our IT guy and he said he would look into and try to help.

Same as all the above but the guy saying it's IMPERATIVE that I call back seems to be more threatening each time.

I am considering buying a "Spoof Card" that will display whatever phone number you want on caller ID and programming it with the Attorney General's phone number.  Then when these idiot's put THAT number into circulation, I'm sure they'll get a call back! LOL

This is so annoying, they called my cell phone at work multiple times, same voice, same F#$@% recording, using different numbers. The other number they used 702-520-1396.
I cannot stand it, and really don’t have time to deal with such S#$%@.

MY CELL PHONE RANG AT 12:56PM YESTERDAY: 05-29-2008. I DIDN'T HEAR IT RING. I HAPPENED TO CHECK AND SAW ONE MISSED CALL ON MY CELL PHONE SCREEN. THE PHONE NUMBER-978-870-2304-IS LOCATED IN WILMINGTON,MA. THE CALLER LEFT NO VOICE MESSEGE ON MY VOICE MAIL. I'LL DO SOME MORE CHECKING AND SEE IF I CAN FIND OUT MORE INFORMATION.

Same drill as mentioned above. Buncha BS. I don't blame the underpaid labor making the calls. They are clearly lacking for other career options.  The [***] that have created this hoax, however, can burn in hell.
