Left a message wanting to lower our house payment.  Left an 800 number to call back at, 18007733689.  I called the number and got "Credit Solutions", he said they were an answering service.  When I said I had received a call and was asked to call back he asked if I was behind on my mortgage payments and if I was struggling.  When I said no,and before I could ask to have my number removed, he hung up on me.  I will be heading for the 800 number complaint list next!

Another "loan modification department" telemarketing call.  This time from "Jeff Frasier at 1-800-773-3689."

Don't bother to call them back.  That will just verify that your phone number is an active number and the autodialer they use will continue to dial and leave messages.

Just got a call about loans from this number too.

Yeah, I just got a call from "Tim McFadden" this morning on my wrok phone! I work for one of the largest banks in the US!!!  Ha! I kinda got a kick out of it because I am paying my mortgage with no problems.  I'm not going to call back.

Called back and an ignorant SOB hung up when I requested to be removed from the call list.

Just got a call from 'CORE CONTACT', 978-570-2342, when he started spouting
off about refinancing to prevent foreclosure I hung up. Within two minutes
they called back and no one was on the line, then they hung up. You may
be right in that it is automatic caller, and that second call was to
verify the first call was legit, I guess.

Guess being on the do not call list, is just a flag to call.

got a call from "core contact" 978-570-2342 they were cackling about mortgage which is just fine so i held on for an option to be removed and a live arragant wonam hung up on me when i said please remove me from your list. JERKS !

Call comes from Wilmington, MA no road showing to it, it's behind a rail road on Main St where Middlesex Ave dead ins into Main

I received a pre-recorded call from this phone number. Regarding my mortgage. They hung up on me. I want to be put on their no call list. I will be filing a formal complaint as well.

Got a call yesterday from this number. The funny thing is about six months ago a phone bank in India was calling me from this same exchange (978-570) trying to get my credit card number in order to send me a "free" $300 gas card. Back then they were called "Alpha Services".

the company making the calls is "the bergstom group" (978-570-2342)...they are providing leads for United Law Group...http://www.unitedlawgroup.com/.....the recording states they have a "file" that appears to be qualified for...whatever they do...there is no file...they find you in the government listings and identify that you are a homeowner...they have no idea if the home paid off...or if you still have a mortgage...its  a lie...and a violation of federal law becaus they are telemarketing...and they also refuse to give proper identification by properly identifying the company they work for...which is also false and deceptive (because they give you the name of some "help now" company or "core contact" which is not a company at all, which is fraud)

I received 3 (three) phone calls from this number in one day.
No one left a message.
I'm going through a divorce for domestic violence. I do not need this kind of harassment.

We keep getting calls from CORE CONTACT (shows on the caller ID) - 978-570-2342.  We answer the phone, and nothing.  When I call the number, it's busy... may be robodialing.  Whatever it is, it's annoying, and we'd like for it to stop!

Received automated bot call for Health Insurance Exchange, pressed 1 to get the company name and the man was rude but said my number would be removed from their marketing lists.  I'm on the do not call list for over a year now...

This is the number that popped up on the screen. I answered but no voice ensued on the caller side.

Just got a call from this number. The recorded message offered insurance for as little as $3.00 per day. "Press 1 to receive dental and eye insurance also".  I pressed one (just to check). After about 15 rings "Maggie" answered the phone. I said "hello" and she hung up.

Good news - you can sue the company for $1,500.00 per incidence - report them and take them to court. Noone will show up and you will win a judgement for $1,500.00 for being harassed. If enough of us hit these "telemarketers" with law suits perhaps we can take them out of business!
