recording from cardholder services. called 10 times before i picked up.

Called my work phone number.  A recording played about credit card special.  I chose option 1 to speak to a person.  An offer was made to lower my interest rate by 2%, etc. I started asking questions. The end result was the person did not know who they were trying to reach or any information for a specific credit card. They claimed to be from "Card Services" for Visa and Mastercard and then eventually hung up on me.

They call our business constantly on all of our lines, one after the other.
there is never aperson to tell "Cease & desist".
If we could get a fax on them we would send then a comminication letting them know we want to be on their 'Do Not Call' list and would take great pleasure in having them fines if and when they violate that again. This is against the law!

Called and recorded messeage said that they were calling about my credit card ,,,It was ok but if I wanted to up-grade it ,,,,,,,Only problem was that they  never stated which credit card they were refering to,,,had to be a scam......I hung up and placed then on my call block list

I keep getting calls from them too. Is this Chase, Citibank, or some third party scammer? They never leave messages.

Person keeps calling job everyday several times a day.  It tells you to press one to speak to someone so i did and someone named Jackie picked up and asked if I pressed one for my credit card services I told her I pressed one but to let her know that this is a Govt building pls stop calling she hung up without a word how rude.

They Keep calling my computer. It is funny when the VPN answers I just auto hangs up for not having valid credentials.

Only annoyance is that it keeps happening over and over.

Sales pitch by a recorded mesage.

Called just now...only number showed up...no message...my number is supposed to blocked from these type of callers...guess not...

This number called my on my cell phone. I feel annoyed - bothered. Please help to stopp this quickly!!

This number called my home phone was with card services lower my interest rates.  When I told them I did not feel comfortable with giving my info over the phone that I would call Mastercard myself directly they told me I wouldn't be available for the lower rates if I called myself had to talk to someone now that was calling my house.  The women got really snotty I told her she had a pretty crappy attitude to a customer she got mad and hung up on me.  Called Mastercard any way they said it was a scam to get info from people and it is being investigated but they would not take the number.
