It shows National Grid on the caller ID. Obviously it is a scam, as the caller ( a man with a foreign accent) reminds you about a special electric rate like the one they were offering last year. When asked what address they have on file, they just give me a completely different address than mine...

Now that's a whole new level of scam. Using the actual National Grid number but  it's yet another "switch and save" scam.

3 calls and hangups, leaving no message.

Claimed to be calling from National Grid  offering lower billing rates - he needed consent over the phone.

laimed to be calling from National Grid  offering lower billing rates - he needed consent over the phone. Asked for last four of my social.

Obvious robo call to no good. Caller ID said Novanet, but phone numbers get cloaked so who knows.  I answered and heard the background room of heavy accents and robo robots. Best to not answer and not engage.

Robocall from loud call center, claiming to be from "National Power(?) Grid" and claiming to not be a sales call (ha!) but then trying to sell me on some "Govt' program that can lower my bill by 50%", and then something about solar.  When I asked him to mail me some info, he doubled down on the "this is a free consultation not a sales call" but then tried to get my email and when I said "put it in the mail aka postal service" he said "no, I won't send you anything, but do you have any other property in MA we can help you with?" .. yeah, right! SCAM!

scammer call. electric set to be turned off. send money.... [***].
gave alternate 844# not associated with anything. number on phone shows n.g. but cloaked.

Claimed to be National Grid Representative, informing a disconnection of service was taking place due to unpaid bills. Bills are current, total SCAM!
