This is from ExpressScripts.  It's an automated call that let's you know the status of your presecription order.

This company has been a real pain in the neck. They keep calling for someone whgo is not at this number. I have spoken to representitives from Express Scripts and yet I keep getting the calls.

They called but did not leave a message on my machine that picked up the call before I could say hello they hung so now I have to pay 75cents and still don't know what they were calling about!

Express Scripts is the number calling to remind you of your mail order status on prescriptions.  They should identify themselves by name when calling not just a 978 phone number.  I am a member through my health plan & find their unidentified phone calles annoying.  All companies should be forced to identify themselves by name not just a phone recording.  The phone recording does not let you connect to an operator.

Called my cell phone looking for someone I never heard of.  This happens once a month... Just voice activated recording

do not want to be called and there is no way to call back or respond

I actually am a customer of express scripts and all you have to do is call them on a seperate number which i will give and they will take care of it. It's actually a convenient way of receiving my meds for a cheaper price. (866)297-1013
