It's a call center in MA, may be Humana - their sales calls can come from this number. Confusing because they give out a different 800 to return the call. I followed up with Humana to make sure since I already Have their insurance.

This is a Humana #. I called the 800 number on my Humana rx plan card instead of the 800-610-1801 number left in their msg. Humana verified that the - 1801 number is an internal # but could see no reason in my records as to why they would have called and no indication that they had. I checked my online account and there was nothing there either. They said that they would call up to 3 times. So far nothing. Maybe they were just doing a customer survey.

Caller stated they were from Humana, but asked for too much information for a company with whom I was already insured.  

I agree with Sally Anne they asked to many questions. I hung up and called the 800 number. They had no knowledge of any reason they should call. Maybe fishing.

They are calling regarding refill authorizations for mail order prescriptions you may have. Right Source Pharmacy who formerly handled Humana's mail order meds is now called Humana Pharmacy.  Nothing sinister going on here. Just spoke to them myself, as I had two scripts requiring new approvals from dr.
