"This is Lisa from the Senior Benefits Agency".
Number may be spoofed, though. Caller ID says "Ayer MA".

Doesn't matter if spoofed, a quick search on "Senior Benefits Agency" shows they are nothing but a Medicare Supplement Insurance broker making illegal sales calls to DNC listed numbers.

This robocall is so pathetic I almost feel sorry for the criminals behind it!  It began with "Lisa" identifying "herself" being from the Senior Benefits Agency.  She said there are still slots open for a hearing aid program.  She asked whether I had ever had my hearing checked by a doctor.  My response: a simple NO.  She then asked(!) whether the audiologist recommended a hear aid.  My response: a simple NO.  She then asked whether I currently wear a hearing aid.  My response: a simple NO.  She then asked whether I am interested in receiving more information.  My response: a simple NO.  She then asked my age.  At that point I decided I had spent enough time with this artificial "intelligence" program and ended the call.  Maybe next time they call I'll just say, "I can't hear you, I need a hearing aid!!"

phone rang once, this number was on the caller id. I guess they were fishing to see if my number was legitimate so that they can start harassing me with their calls. Thanks to all the people that wrote on this page and gave valuable info as to who these people are. I will be blocking this number on my call blocker.

They've called 6 times in the last 3 hours - I made the mistake of picking up on the second call, and after 'Lisa' introduced herself, I just said 'Cut to the chase', Lisa then proceeded to introduce herself again - so I hung up and ignored the next four calls (during dinner).  Immediately after dinner I blocked the number.

No info as I always answer the unknown numbers with " fill in any town~~Police department this call is recorded"  They always hang up

Get roughly four calls a week from this number and they are never there when I pick up.  Calling back results in a message that the phone is out of order or disconnected.

A funnier response would have been to just keep saying "What?"  "What?"   "I can't hear you, WHAT?"   hahaha That's what I'm going to do when they call back, now. Thanks  for the head's up!

After weeks of getting several calls at different hours of the day, I finally blocked this number.  I’m sure they will call using another number....maybe next time they will leave a message.

Called and left no message. Phone number said Ayer, MA  I didn't answer but I googled the number as I generally do with unknown calls. Suspected it to be a scam based since others have stated as much. I blocked my caller ID on my phone and dialed their number back...got a recording that said the number I dialed was not a working number. I blocked their number to prevent them calling me back with this number anyways.
