Robo call claiming to be Anthem Blue Cross on a recorded line.  "Are you ______?" I've heard of scams out there that will ask questions for you to say "yes" to and then use the recording of you saying yes to make transactions. When the recording asked if I was _____ (and used my name), I said No.  It then asked if I was there, again I said no.  Then it asked if I'd be willing to take a messages for ____.  Again, I said "No".  I called anthem (that's my medical insurance) and they said that was not them and not to answer any questions from calls like that.
