This is optimum rx.    They act like you are to stupid to know when to take your meds. They also call to tell you to take meds your doctor is no longer prescribing.  Oh...and it’s a voice mail..no human.

Refuses to stop calling.

Optum RX.....Timewaster....they want to go over your meds as if they are your doctor. I blocked them!

Got a call from this # telling me to call back to a different # 1-855-817-4443, DON"T think so

Have had several calls from that number, always asking for a different person.   I don't believe this is the real Optum RX calling.  They don't use a 978 area code in any of the contact information on their web-site. I have never been a member of this company, nor contacted them  for any reason.  Why would they call my number? Also, it is unlikely that they would have you call back an  855 "area code" because it ISN"T AN AREA CODE.  It is a prefix used by telemarketers and scammers, that particularly prey on the elderly.

Had calls from them in the past and I being a former insurance salesman knowing the ways a company can fool you into thinking they are associated or affiliated with a ligitamit company. I did ask that I not be contacted but alas got another one today they still try to rip you off.

Calling constantly lately, recorded message.  Not sure if this is the real Optum RX or not, but either way, don't answer.  Optum wants everyone to go to mail order meds (I'm pretty sure that's why they're calling); I have friends who did and it was an absolute nightmare.  Have not called back and do not intend to.
