who are these people

Telemarketer and I am on the do not call list

so am I but the creeps called my cell anyway.

I called the number back. First I went through some long ass recording that KNEW MY NAME and wanted me to verify my phone number.  I ignored all the prompts until a person came on the line.  She said it is Wellcare Health Insurance but when I asked for the address of the company, she would only tell me Central Florida.  She asked for my social security number and I told her I was not giving my social security number to someone who doesn't even know the address of the company she works for.  She asked me what state I am calling from and I arbitrarily said Texas.  She gave me this number to call customer service, which I haven't called yet, but I never did find out from this person what the call was about.  866-687-8878

Automated call said they were from Wellcare to give me info about my plan. Wanted my birthday to verify. I hung up and called back. Same automated wanted my birthday. I called Wellcare main number. They do NOT use automated system to welcome you to program and are not calling out of MA. Something has been hacked. Don't give out any info. They are not legit.

I have received several calls from this number and am not interested in their calls!!!

Viva Medicare In Massattcuets

Unwanted call, said it was an important Medicare call, ask my name, birthdate then left me on hold forever with used up music tape playing in my ear

Called me and rang once.  When I called it back I got a recording saying "You have an order to be returned - please reference the number on the package" and disconnected.

WTF?

Absolutely annoying. Long recording: asking to verify name, birth date, which I did not give. Hung up after that. They call incessently.

Thank you "mk". I just received the exact same call. I waited to speak to a real person. They immediately wanted my birth date. I told the man (it was difficult to understand his English), "You called me. You should have that information already. I'm reporting you to the no-call list" and he promptly hung up.

The phone ID said Wellcare. I did not notice that it was a local number, and picked it up. It was a recording. They had my name and asked for my birthdate to verify who I was. They had my wellcare info because they said I do not have to pay any premiums or copays in 2017. Then the recording said I could have the premiums taken out of my social security. I said no. They asked me if I had a computer that I receive emails on. I didn't give them my email to send me updates. Near the end of the call I felt suspicious, so I looked at the phone number when I hung up, and it was local.

Robocall saying it was "Wellcare". It immediately asked for a name, phone number, date of birth and Medicare ID
numbers. It gave no option to talk to a human. But spewed out some other number to call them back at.
Since I didn't have any paper handy I didn't get it.

If this is a "Legit" company, they have a very poor and suspicious way of doing business.

Also, how did a private organization learn of anyone's membership in Medicare? Isn't that
sort of information illegal to share under HIPAA?

Got a recorded message from this number and when asked for my birth date hung up.  Don't trust anyone that wants my birth date on a robo call...

It is not a telemarketer.  It was a call from Express Scripts.  However  978 -775-6331 is a number I am unfamiliar with.

Left a message on my answering machine.This is not a sales call..bla bla bla... B.S.  Just Block It..
