If you have Medicare, or Tricare, or some other health insurance, they are probably calling to tell you that they are mailing your prescriptions to you. It'll be an automated call that will ask you if this is the YourLastName residence, to which you say yes or no.

If you are not expecting any prescriptions or medications, then some old elderly person probably has input a wrong phone number on their account for their medications with their insurance, or pharmacy, or whomever, etc.
