It's Express Scripts. Seems they call me for every refill and use a different number without ID. I never answer and they leave a voice mail.

I experenced the same thing. Express Script reminder.

apparently Express Scripts with an automated call, but they ask you to verify who you are AND YOUR DATE OF BIRTH!  I am not giving out that info to a automated caller that could be ANYONE!

Same here. They called today and robot asked my date of birth. They should already have that info. I hung up.

Same irritation here at Express Script.  No Caller Id.  Difference number and area code every call.  Want me to give up all my personal ID info including SSAN.  Will not do this.

This was a legitiment call from E-S about the status of a prescription.  No questions were asked to verify that it was me.

Called me today and it was a pre-recorded woman's voice saying they had important info to tell me re: my account but they needed to verify my ID to protect my identity!  So they asked me for my DOB which I did not give to them as I felt they should already have that info.  I then called Express Scripts Fraud Tip Hotline, 866-216-7096, to report it.  Had to leave a msg and will update when they call me back.  A google search of the number shows it is in Andover, MA.  Highly suspicious.

Just spoke with Express Scripts and they said they did call me yesterday to tell me that my refills have run out.  I didn't see a call from them on my caller ID.  They did not have a record of the call I got today.  I told them they need to tell higher ups that they need to leave a message for customers to call them back at their number since there is never a way to tell if a phone call is legit, and I will NOT give out my info to someone who initiates a call to me.

Same call as above, Express scripts should not be calling like this asking for my birthday. It sounds like scammers searching for personal information.

Same issues with Express Scripts.  No Caller ID.  No message left.  I will not answer out of area calls not in my contact list.

aS ABOVE...Those simpletons believe that they have to discuss and recheck every detail in the world... as if we don't have enough to do with legitimate calls and inquiries.  I want Express Mismanagement Scripts to simply Msg me; if I feel it is worth responding to, I will return the call.  The call today was simply a woman's voice telling me I have some important info to be aware of, and I should call the "number on the card".   So I checked my LIBRARY CARD (first card in my wallet available), to no avail, they hadn't called me.  So.... I dismissed it as a mistake (sic).  It is, of course, Tri-Care's lap dog, scripts express.   High maintenance source of simple pharmacy stuff.  Another screw up on behalf of the Government who wish the retired and damaged vets would just go away.

I agree!  Just received call and hung up when they asked for birth date!  Then can use my email to contact me, just as they do when they refill a prescription!

Scam.  Just block the # and eventually E-S will have a real person call you (if they want to keep your business).

Robo call today stating that they had some important info for the wife, please verify your birthday and I promptly hung up. Come to find out, wife has rcvd these calls and given b-day, told her absolutely not ever, just let it go to VM as in the past, if it was prescription status call they would leave it on VM so I was suspicious of them asking for B-day.

got a call asking for birth date. Alleging it's Express Scripts calling.  Don't do it. Pretty sure it's a scam.
