Left a VM that said it was Express Scripts.  But, then advised to call a separate and different number for "important information".  [***].  Leave a worthy VM in the first place.  I don't play "phone tag".  Get over yourselves Express Scripts.

Received an automated phone call frpm 978-775-6421 that said it was Express Scripts, but wanted to verify my identity by asking me my birthdate. I hung up and called my number for Express Scripts and they say they did not call me. This could be identity theft. Express Scripts does not have a fraud department to report this to.

Same thing for me.  Automated call, said it was Express-scripts and asked for my birthday to verify.  hello robot, you called me!

Express Scripts, validating identification... got to the birthdate before i realized it was a scam... your voice can be recorded and used to open false accounts in your name.  If in doubt, call expressscripts directly.

Said the call was from Express Scripts but when asked for my DOB, I hung up.

Oppps , I received a cal and I gave mi birth date. What can I do ?
