Says it's Express Scripts but wants all kind of info before they will even talk to you. Not sure, but wonder why they don't have the regular number that I call when I have a question about a RX? That number I have in my phone and it would show up as such. I'll say answer at one's own risk. Also Express Scripts leaves me a voice mail if it's urgent. This number did not.

I have an account with Express Scripts, which is the Rx company that seems to have offices in every state.
This call was labeled from Massachusetts.  Anyway, they left a voice mail which Scammers never seem to do.  They were calling on behalf of my health plan which is a Medicare Advantage plan.  The message said, "It looks like you're missing out on an important part of your prescription benefit."  Then call back on another number 855-856-0391 to discuss this benefit.  Hm-m-m-m-m.  I don't think I'm missing anything that I want...

Caller ID said it was Express Scripts. First question was to verify my name yes or no. I hung up and called Express Scripts directly. They had no record of calling me.

Yes, I get the very same call.  I will not call them back.  My Dr. can handle my meds quite fine without outside help.
