I get calls from this number (978-775-6475) about 3x a week asking "Is this José Afaro?" There is NOT an option to speak with a HUMAN to get my number removed! It is so infuriating!!! I have this number blocked, however, they are still able to leave VM's...which sets my blood boiling all over again. I would like speak with a Livng, Breathing HUMAN BEING to get my number permanently removed PLEASE!?! Afterall, I am on the National DO NOT CALL Database. This José Afaro person needs to learn their phone number and stop using mine!

This is a SCAM - No doubt - Looked up WellCare and their list their office in Tampa, Florida and this number did not show up anywhere.  I couldn't understand what the person was saying but that probably more my hearing than anything else - I never answer an unknown number because of all the scammers and telemarketers calling.  Being on the "Do Not Call List" is a joke.  I hope that all scammers and telemarketers go to hell - today would be just fine.

got two calls from number and both times left messages a with an 800# to call back and talk to Well Heath on important info on my insurance. Called the 855 number back and voice asked to give birth date to confirm this was me. SCAM! Blocked!

Call from number showing as WellCare, Andover MA. I once had coverage from them so did not think much of it at first.  Then, computer asked me to respond if the name it said was my name.  I said yes and then it asked to confirm my birth date.  I immediately hung up.

Left a message stating important info on medicare. They also left a 1 800 number. I did not call back. They even knew my name. It was out of Massachusetts.

Robo call identifying as WellCare. They know your first name and ask you to confirm with either a yes or no. If you say yes, they next ask for your date of birth. That’s a set up for identity theft. Give them NOTHING & hang up!

They said they where from wellcare and they said my first name and then said that had to verify my birthday then I hung up because I did not trust it.

Checking voice mail I learned that the call came from 978-775-6475.  However, the caller claims to be from Well Care and left the numbers 855-856-7328 and 866-236-1069 to call back 24/7.  Seems this scam has been going around for a while.  Be careful.

I received a second recorded call from 978-775-6475 with the following message: "Hello. This is WellCare calling for (my name). We are calling again to help keep you up to date with your care. It's important. Please call us back 24 hours a day, 7 days a week , toll-free at 1-855-856-7328. Again, the number is 1-855-856-7328. TTY users should call 1-866-236-1069. Thank you and have a good day." There was no explanation of the issue I was being contacted about. The caller ID on my phone showed "WELLCARE". Rather than call the number on the recording, I called WellCare Customer Service and talked to an agent. He said there was no issue with my account and that he did not recognize the phone number as being part of the WellCare system. At this point, I assume this is a scam call, and I will block the phone number.
