caller asked if they had my address and then reached my appartment #.

then asked me for a foreign name if i knew them?
asked me to write something on paper and stick it on someone elses

Keeps calling my home and cell phone and leaves a message they are expecting a return call immediately.   Called several times in one day.

LV SOMETHING OR OTHER - THEY ARE INTIMATING IDIOTS - THAT SAY THEY HAVE A DEBT TO SETTLE - THEN YOU GET MAIL FROM A COMPANY CALLED - DANIEL LAW SERVICES - AND FROM WHAT I HEAR, IF YOU GO TO COURT THEY SEND SOME GUY WHO TRY'S TO MAKE A SETTLEMENT DEAL WITH YOU - AND THEN THE COMPANY STILL CALLS THE PERSON.   OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR @!&% TOGETHER -

Even though I have notified this low lifes to stop contact me they won't. They are now calling my neighbors and harassing them. Now they will have a real fight on their hands!

Being harassed by unknown callers and having neighbors and others contacted by strange people wanting to get in touch with you???

I am writing in response to your constant phone calls!

According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act,   [15 USC 1692c] Section 805(c): CEASING COMMUNICATION: You must cease all communication with me after being notified in writing that I no longer wish to communicate with you. Therefore, I demand that you stop calling me at home, at work, on my cell phone or at any other location!

In accordance with the federal FDCPA, now that you have received this "stop calling" letter, you may only contact me to inform me that you:

are terminating further collection efforts;
invoking specified remedies which are ordinarily invoked by you or your company; or
intend to invoke a specified remedy.
Be advised that I am well well aware of my rights! For instance, I know that any future contact by you or your company violates the FDCPA and that since you already have my location information, calls made by you or your company to any 3rd party concerning me violates section 805(b)2 of the FDCPA.

Be advised that I am keeping accurate records of all correspondence from you and your company, including tape recording all phone calls. If you continue calling me I will pursue all available legal actions to stop you from harassing me and my family.

Lol they are trying to call me and I didn't answer. I got them. I'm filing bankruptcy. Can't wait for them to call. I'm going to screw with them.

These people are very shady and apparently will stop at nothing to harass you, your family and even your neighbors. They use intimidation and bully tactics, are very rude, and even lie to people in an attempt to get information about a debtor.

According to the Massuchusetts Board of Bar Overseers (http://massbbo.org/bbolookup.php), "This attorney has no record of public discipline... as of 07/15/11." But with so many complaints about them online, and people having filed complaints, it is quite surprising that this "law firm" collection agency is showing "no record of public discipline." There also does not appear to have been any "admonitions" against Cambece by the Board of Bar Overseers, Office of the Bar Counsel (http://www.mass.gov/obcbbo/decisions.htm#c). This makes me wonder if Cambece doesn't have someone in their back pocket....

Tell them to come over and you will kill them at sight, let see what they say.  I told them that and never got a call again.
