    Pre-recorded robocall promoting tax-relief services. Call content violated FCC/FTC requirements. So, no doubt a scammer fishing for personal info (like SSN and CCN). I call it a prank call because a real telemarketeer wouldn't violate federal requilations on mandated call content.
