The IRS does not need to sue anyone. They send you first class letters delivered by the Post Office. Several of them. Ignore those, and they then send certified letters that you need to sign for. Again delivered by the Post Office. Ignore those and they simply freeze your bank accounts and anything else you own. If they can do that, then why would they bother with a court case that might take them years before they get in front of a judge? They also do not bother arresting people for a few thousand dollars for the same reasons I have already given.

- Darlene KI just call from this number telling me they wanted me to appear before a magistrate judge for a felony hearing. Very heavy Indian accent. I check reverse number call but could not find a name. Location was in Wallis. I did not call back.

- NotanidiotMan with thick accent called and said his name is Robert Fisher with the US Treasury. The IRS is filing legal action against me for outstanding student loans. He then recited my home address. I told him he had the wrong person, address, and info and to removed me from his calling list. I emphasized that 4 times. He told me I would go to prison. Yay. I need a vacation.
