I got a similar call yesterday and it is of course a very middle eastern accent.  I didn't understand how the f*** he got my SSN#.  At first, it was a lady and then when I refused to give her the details, she said she would transfer the call to her boss.  This boss again said the same thing about a law-suit against me.  When I asked him to send me a mail and my attorney would respond to it, he reufused and told that he shall see me in the law court.  I hung up.

We have received multiple calls from this indivual over 2 years time. Today we received a total of 13 calls in 1 day. they would not give their name but threatened an employee was supposedly used as an reference on a loan application from another employee who hasn't even worked here in over 9 months.

I had my husband speak to them.  He suggested some things they could do with their mother and I havent heard from them since.  I say give it right back to them!!!

This man called me all types of names .

Every thing you all wrote goes for me. The think the are Americans with the names they use. But they r Indian. They need to be arrested. I have reported them to everyone I can think of and then some. They are sick people and need to be sent to Jail.

I received the exact same call over the weekend at my office.  Some "Officer so and so".  I could hardly understand what he was saying...Something about a lawsuit being filed against me...I'm in big trouble (big trouble seems to be one of his favorite lines from all the entries before mine) and that this lawsuit was in connection with my social security number.

They have been pulling this Scam for over a year. I refuse to change my number for awhile they quit, we are not very politically correct with them..  and call them back over and over again and harass back. they told us once they were going to call the police on us,, we gave them the number......they use Magic Jack to place the calls and even leave messages with other peoples phone numbers for you to call... the number that seems to go to them is 646-597-8189 be sure an block your number if you call....

this are idiot making calls with Magic Jack... they are calling from several different numbers and trying to get personal information. the scary thing is some people fall for it and give their info... blow a whistle in their ears

I received a call from these fools saying the exact same thing.  "Sir it ees een your vetty best interest to call us bock or otherwise i will wish you thee vetty best or you will be in severe troubles!"  So imagine, as a law enforcement officer, the first thing I did was call them back and ask to speak to the "big guy" that left a message on my cell phone threatening my livelihood and how they got my number.  They had no definite answer so I asked them what the call was about.  They stated someone used my social security number to obtain funds.  I told them this was the first time i had ever heard of them and to give me the information that they had and I would turn it over to my check and fraud unit and be sure to get the information of the individual that is causing you all of this grief.  Utter silence on the other end of the phone at this point...then static and "Sir...have you an attorney?!"  "A couple!" I said.  Then i told them I was an officer and was only trying to help and he became irate and eventually hung up.  Don't give these clowns anything they ask for.  Their threats are empty and they will be tracked down and stopped.

I got a call from this number wanting to speak to someone that used to own my phone number 3 years ago i told them they had the wrong phone number, they cursed me out saying suck his d**k and f**k you and started playing on my phone, they also said they are from the Carlson Lawfirm, but wouldnt tell me where they were located or let me talk to a supervisor, thats when i called the Carlson Lawfirm in Texas and they said it is a scam.

Numorous calls from these poeple telling me they put $439.00 in my Acc and they were sueing me for it. My Bank is watching my acc#. Crazy world we live in. I didn't fall for it but I'm sure alot of poeple will- so sad.

I recieved a phone call from an INDIAN accent lady claiming she was going to SUE me if i didnt pay her Money, I dont remember the exact amount but it was under $1000.00 She threatened to get me arrested and all kinds of threats! She Would not give me any information about the company or anything, She just kept beating around the bush! DONT FALL FOR IT, I tried to call the police to find out what i could do, and obvious what ever police officer i got turned it around on me! SO IF THESE ARE TERRORISTS! I am sorry but I know america has gone nuts! These people friggin sound like there from iraq and im  am scared for our country because if i am calling and reporting an iraq accented person and your gonna sit there and tell me i am probley just paranoid with all the war HYPE!!! HELLOO WAKE UP AMERICA! SOMTHING IS NOT RIGHT HERE! I also tried getting ahold of the FBI and they didnt answer so i left a message. whatever!

i have had the same problem.. i did go online to apply for a small loan.. when i saw the payback terms i exited out of the site.. i have had several threatning calls stating they were gonna press criminal charges even though i have not had any money put in my acct by any of these loan companys.. i got a call about an hour ago from someone yet again with think middle eastern accent stating they were an office and they were on the way to lock me up for 90 days... the one who called yesterday coned me into giving him $120 and requested that i could n't hang up had to go to walgreens and get a My Vanilla card for $120 ... i did it.. i was a sucker.. hope things get better for you...

Just received a call from 979-871-8770 stating she was from Ace Cash Express and I was approved for a loan for $5000.  She stated that all of the information would be sent to my GMAIL account.   These calls and loan companies from my knowledge are fraud and seeking your money.  They claim that if you pay you first payment for a loan via Green dot they will return it within 15 minute and fund you the loan.  I would not even entertain these scam artists,
